Hi! For your one chicago timeline i think that 5x11 takes place the day after 5x10 because Ruzek references Woods buying the money gag and immediately after that Jay apologises for what happened with Camilla the previous episode and Voight puts him on desk duty and in therapy which seems like it would happen very soon after 5x10. Hope youre having a nice day! :)
Hello again! I'm having a fairly nice day indeed! :) Hope you're doing well!!
Thanks a lot for noticing this! I moved the PD S05E11 in the spreadsheet to connect it to PD S05E09 and S05E10, and left a reminder there! I'll keep an eye open during my rewatch :)
Thanks again!! 💚
#114 Law and Order SVU season 17 episode 2 did not have anything to do with the story line just 17 episode 1 did.
Hi anon!
I have to admit it's not the most relevant it can be to the Chicago franchise, but that episode is the second part of the SVU episode right before, S17E01. In some cases, these two episodes are even merged into a single 2-hour long episode, so it's not possible to list one without the other.
Hi! It's been a while :) I was wondering whether there could be the potential, if it isn't already there, to add a column to the spreadsheet indicating when specific dates were either shown or mentioned. For ex, we know that Leslie dies on May 13 2014 in Fire; we also know that episode 2.02 (i think) of Med takes place on Aug 1 2016 when Ethan writes his deceased patient in his journal with her DOD. Could be handy!
Heyy! :) Long time no see! (probably my fault tho haha)
You know what, I've been thinking about that for a while too, ever since you sent that three-part ask! That could be relevant information to add, indeed!
Thing is, the spreasheet is already too large as it is, so I wouldn't currently add another column. I've started adding dates in the « Notes » column though, when a date is explicitly stated (like 2016-09-11, not like a shift after X or a week after Y).
However, I'm starting to feel as if the Justice and Law & Order: SVU cameo columns are just dead weight at this point. I'm still thinking about it, but I'm seriously considering removing them. Then that would give space to handier columns!
See you around! Hope you're doing well! 💚🍀
Re my question about the Law and Order timeline, have just seen similar question and answer from 2019, so no worries about answering. Thanks
Oops
Hey, I love your Chicago Franchise Episodes Timeline, it’s been such a great help. Do you have one for the Law and Order franchise by any chance? Cheers.
Hi! :) Thanks for the love! 💚
Unfortunately no, I haven't made a similar list for Law & Order and I don't plan to either, since I haven't watched a single episode and there are over a thousand. I just don't think it would be accurate much.
Stay safe out there!! Season premieres ahead!!!
Hi, I have used your list in the past but I have them on DVD as streaming services have only few seasons of the shows on them. Is there a DVD order you have to this because changing the disc's every episode and keeping track of them is a pain in the ass, lol. Thanks, have a good one.
Heya comrade 🤡🤡
I see you have bought all DVDs like I did 🤡
If you have a DVD reader on your computer, I strongly suggest you look into ripping the DVDs into digital format with a DVD ripper, then watch them on a media player in the order you so desire. It is indeed way more enjoyable than performing DVD juggling.
Ripping DVDs is often perceived negatively, that's because people share the digital content they ripped with others and that is illegal. But if you keep your digital episodes, which you own since you bought them, for yourself, that is completely legal.
Hope this helps! Stay safe & secure! 💚
Chicago #76 should say Crossover
Thank you so much anon! I saw that the word « Crossover » had been changed in my intro too, I'm PISSED! And I think that's been there since I last edited my post too (a while), somehow an autocorrect corrected my post, which is pure horseshite since I edited on the full website. Purposefully not through mobile, and still somehow struggling to update it the way I want to.
Now I have to review the whole list again 😭 Should be done today, thanks a lot for pointing it out! Stay safe! 💚
When do you post new shows in the TimeLine? Please and thank you
Hi new eps anon!
The episodes for the upcoming seasons are already listed in the latest tab of the spreadsheet. As for here on my blog, I will probably update later today.
I suggest you refer to the spreadsheet first, as my blog post has become a true nightmare to edit (i.e. tumblr html editor is pure shites) so my updates here are more scarse. Ideally, I would update the list on my blog every other week but don't count too much on that please.
Thanks for the question and stay safe! 💚
I was wonder what show is FBI for the Chicago Franchise and where can I find it?
Hello! Sorry for the late response!
I admit that just goggling FBI doesn't amount to much; what you're looking for is the CBS FBI TV show, by the same creator as the Chicago franchise (which I shall not name or the pr0n bots here will get me). As for how to find it, I would suggest the usual streaming services; Amazöôn, YouTube, maybe IMDb, maybe Peacock? I remember having trouble myself finding the episode, unfortunately I don't remember the source where I got it, sorry 😩
The FBI episode in my list is not vital to the plot of Chicago PD at all, though, it's only a side piece of what Hailey did when Voight sent her over there.
I hope by the time I responded here, that you managed to find the episode!! Stay safe!
Have you done all Law & Order franchise in episode or season order like you have done with Chicago One? If not do you know any websites with the order? Thanks for the Chicago One universe timeline
Hey L&O order (hehe) anon!
Sorry I don't have a list for that, I don't watch any Law & Order show so I don't plan on ordering them in any way... There's well over a thousand episodes (and still going!), I don't think I would survive ordering that! 😵
I also have no knowledge of a list ordering all episodes like I do for the Chicago Franchise 😶
Hope you'll still find what you're looking for!
Stay safe!
Hi! Sorry to bother you but I think Med 6×16 should be directly after Med 6x15 because in 6x16 ethan says to archer 'take yesterday for example, the way you lied to the patient' which happend in 6x15. Hope you're doing well :)
Hello again!! Hey I'm super grateful you take the time to send me an ask and help me order the episodes!! Anytime! ...And sorry for responding like a bazillion years later 😅
I've made the change in the spreadsheet! See you around! 💚
Can you update your list of the shows in order. You left off in April. Thanks
Hi anon! Done! All up-to-date! 😵
Why are some of the watch order numbers blue?
Hi!
If you're using the list on my blog, it's explained in the introduction of the list:
To clear things up, the list below still mainly follows air dates. The episode number will be blue if I personally verified it follows in-universe order. In the meantime, I suggest you use the spreadsheet and follow the in-universe order established by the community.
That means whatever number isn't blue is still ordered by air dates :)
To compare, the blue numbers here match the green ones in the spreadsheet. Well, it should, because I haven't updated the list on my blog in a while, it's become a nightmare to edit ever since I added color 🙃
Stay safe out there!!
How do you zoom in on the episodes?
Hello anon!
I'm... not too sure what you're asking to be honest sorry :') How did I find the episodes? You can take a look at my Where to Watch post to find sources to watch the shows. How do I literally zoom in the episode?? ...I have no idea.
Sorry my answer is really bad :( Hope you already found your answer!!
Stay safe!
Thank you for putting this together! I lost some of my memory a few years ago and I didn't know where I left off, so I started over and this is a brilliant help! So far, Peacock is not free for the SVU episodes (I'm in the US). IMDbTV only has Chicago Fire right now. Hulu maintains the last few episodes of Fire for a period of time, only has S.8 of P.D. and only S.6 of Med. Justice seems to only be available on Amazon Prime. If that helps the community! Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank YOU so much for sharing this!! I hope you're doing well, it must not be easy at all 💚
Thank you, this is precious information since I don't use those services and I often get asked this! I'll go and update my Where to Watch post!!
Please stay safe! 💚💚
You have PD 4x01 Silos on both 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 on the spreadsheet.
Hello! Yes! It's intentional!
So far, the PD 4x01 episode chronologically happens right after PD 3x23, so that's why it's listed in the 2015-2016 tab. It's in the 2016-2017 tab too, but it's greyed out because it IS a PD S04 episode after all. If it's not listed in the season 4 tab, someone would then inevitably ask me why PD 4x01 isn't in the season 4 tab.
Sorry, I try to make it as easy to read as possible, but I think for this case it's the best I can do! x)
Thanks for the question, hope this cleared it up! Stay safe!
I was wondering if you knew where I could get a list of uthe law & order franchise in chronological order
Hello! I literally have no idea i'm sorry! I know nothing about Law & Order! D:
I'm not sure if i'm supposed to send this comment here, but on the spreadsheet for the one chicago timelone, I think Fire 9x14 should be directly after Fire 9x13 as Fire 9x13 ends with Stella setting off to the Lieutenants exam and Fire 9x14 starts with Stella in the Lietenants exam - sorry if I'm wrong or a bother. Thanks for reading! It's amazing what you're doing with the timeline and everything!
Hello! You're at the right place! You can leave a comment on the spreadsheet, or send a question here on my blog, I don't mind either! :)
Also sorry I took time to respond! I probably hadn't watched Fire 9x14 when you sent this, but I caught up now and it's already fixed! Thanks! I've added your name in the changelog since after all you caught it before me! ;)
See you around! And stay safe!!
Does Fire 2/21 go before PD 1/13? Antonio looks fine and there is no mention of his recovery
Hello anon! Sorry for the time it took me to respond!! :/
I remember trying to order episodes around the end of Fire S02 & PD S01 was a real mess, so it's real probable the flow might feel a little off.
If I remember correctly, PD 1x14 ends with Antonio in recovery, so I think I put Fire 2x21 after because he's already back in PD 1x15 and I wanted to make it look like some time had passed. Which... seems strange since he cameos in 2x21. But in my notes I wrote something about PD 1x13-1x14 happening before Fire 2x21 because it should hapoen before Gabby's test... And I have no memory why I thought that should be the case.
All in all, when I'll have time, I'll go and review this ordering! Thanks for bringing it up!
Stay safe!

Congrats on 100M views!
Are you planning on updating the NCIS franchise soon?
Hey anon!
In all honesty, I literally forgot about it! :P I updated it this month when I saw your ask pop up (sorry I only answer on my PC ): ) I'll try and complete it in the near near near future, when I have some free time!
It'll only be ordered by air dates though, so if you want to contribute to order it by plotline, please let me know and I'll add you as editor!
Thanks! Stay safe!
Hello! Thank you for doing this! I recently got Peacock for the WWE Network and thought I would give One Chicago a shot. I then did the math and realized that the season premiere in fall 2021 would be episode 500 (if I did the math right). My goal is to catch up so I can watch 500 as it airs on NBC. I've got 120 episodes until I hit Med S1E08, and was wondering when you were going to get back to that part of the chronology. I'm willing to make a monetary donation to this cause. Thanks a bunch! B
Hello anon!
There're enough things that cost money as it is, I don't want to add to it… Please keep your money!! And in all honesty, no amount could change how much time I'm willing to spend watching TV haha… I just need motivation (stop watching useless compilations on YouTube goddammit!) That's a pretty good goal, to be ready for the next season premieres! I wanted to do that too, but since this is a rewatch for me I cracked (not sure this is a saying in English but oh well) and went ahead and watched the latest episodes. But I'm all caught up now, so I'm going back to my rewatch! :)
Thanks for writing this! It's great motivation! I'll do my best to be done by the next season premieres!
Stay safe! :)
What does petitcartonvert mean? Can you please explain it. I wonder each time I reload this page. Also thank for very much for the list, I am sticking to it and powering through from the start over the last year and this list has been essential. Many Thanks again.
Hi anon! Thanks for the love, much much appreciated! 💚
Hahahaha, you're actually the first one to ask me this! My username is actually three French words, « petit carton vert », which means « little green cardboard » in English... yeah. It's from an inside joke I came up with with my friends many years ago, and thus the honorable petit carton vert was born, and still thrives to this day. I shortened it over time, and it's pretty much become my online name everywhere now, so if you see me feel free to say hi! :)
Thanks for the question! Stay safe! 💚
Hi, where do you watch all the chicago episodes?
Hello anon! I’m gonna use your question as my official answer, since I’ve been asked this a lot lately!
First I want to address that I am not a super reliable source, as I don’t do streaming and don’t use Netflix or other stuff like that.
Here are the official sources where I found or I’ve been told you can watch One Chicago and crossover shows:
TV channels (latest episodes):
NBC (USA)
Global (Canada)
CityTV (Canada, free)
Streaming services (current season):
Hulu (no Chicago Justice)
Streaming services (any season):
Peakcock TV (USA, free except SVU; no Chicago Justice)
NBC App (USA, free?)
Global TV App (Canada, free)
YouTube (no Chicago Justice, SVU S06+ only)
Amazon Prime Video
IMDbTv (only Chicago Fire)
DVDs (any completed season): You can buy DVDs of each completed season, but I wouldn’t recommend if you’re watching all Chicago shows, as you’ll have to perform quite a switcheroo the more you progress into the story (what I did; can confirm, not super fun)
As I’ve stated before, it is best to support the shows by buying the episodes, but if you can’t for whatever reason (not accessible, not affordable, etc etc you do you not my business) it’s fine too. There are other ways to get it, nothing I wouldn’t tell by private message.
If some services are not accessible in your country, there’s also this fine trick of using a VPN and change your location to the country it’s available for (probably USA since these are american shows).
If you think something could be added to this list please let me know!
Hope this helps! Stay safe! :)
