He had only meant to give his dear Lily a present she would love.

How could he have known the beautiful, but lifelike doll would scare Liesl so much that she was no longer comfortable in her own room and preferred to sleep in her brother’s bedroom.

The doll would be gone tomorrow, before she was even awake, and replaced with a gift that would make his little sister happy instead of frightened.

“Artie!” Alfred had cried over the phone and that had been enough to make Arthur tell him that he would be with him as soon as possible. Arthur charted a private jet and hoped the pond as fast as he could.

Entering the American’s home with the key he had given him, he quickly found him sitting on the couch and hiding behind the pillow he held tightly in his arms.

Normally he would not sit down besides his brother and wrap an arm around his shoulders to reassure Alfred everything was alright, that it was only a movie.

Normally Arthur would be angry for the waste of his time, but it was Halloween and Arthur had already known this would happen and that he did not need to fly over to protect the younger man from his movies.

Hello yet again! Happy Holidays, to one and all! I hope you’re having a lovely time this season, and if not, I hope things get better for you! 

There has been some interest of another exchange, so I’ve decided to host another one this year!

This event will be much like the week that was hosted earlier this year, however, in the gift exchange format. Which means, yes, everything is allowed! This is about Hetalia as a whole, so it may involve any ship, nyos, 2ps, favorite characters, anything your heart desires this holiday season! There are minor exceptions, as always, which can be found in the rules linked bellow!

And like last year, there will be the option of NSFW content. However, if you do create NSFW, I would prefer it to be uploaded on ao3 or another site that supports such content, and then link it to person you are gifting or to me. I will add another collection on ao3 for this year’s event as well.

Of course, there are options if you don’t want to create/receive certain content (ships, 2ps, nyos, etc…) in the submission form. So do not worry, I’ll do my best to make sure everyone is comfortable with what they are creating and receiving!

Here’s the schedule for the event:

November 11 to November 25: Applications are open

November 25: Application deadline

November 26: I’ll be messaging you all your secret santas and their preferences for gifts! Please reply as a confirmation that you got it!

November 26 to December 31st: The days you have to work on your gifts until the final absolute deadline. (Let me know if you may be later for any reason, and I’ll message the gift receiver about it)

December 20th to December 25th: Posting period for gifts. Please tag your posts as #Hetaliaholidayspecial2k19 or @ me so that I may find it!

If you are unable to complete your gift for whatever reason, please try to message me before December 20th so I can match the person with someone else who may be able to!

Remember, the deadline for applications/sign ups is November 25 2019!

Hetaween 2019 Day 2 Mystic creatures

Maddie stared at the creature with an open mouth. It strange movements too close to that of a human to be mistaken for any kind of animal, she might have to apologise to her brother for not believing him about bigfoot before.

Still, it was entirely possible that Alfred was using state of the art technology from his government to prank her. If she ever found out that was what is happening now right before her eyes, she would superglue a monkey mask to his face while he was asleep.

Hetaween 2019 Day 13 Romantic

“You’re really dragging me to your brother’s Halloween party”, he complained to Madeline as she ran her fingers through his gelled back hair, “and you’re making me dress up in a three piece suit instead of a costume?”

The natural blonde smiled at the love of her life while she adjusted both the wig of long black hair and the tight black dress she was wearing. “ It’s a costume and I can’t believe you’re wearing a fake mustache to complete the look.”

Johan took hold of her hand and placed a kiss against her wrist and said “But, Cara Mia, I get to see you in that dress.”

“Mon Cher…” she was unable to finish what she was about to say when the Dutchman interrupted her with a soft “Maddie… That’s French.”

Hetaween Day 14 Masks

Johan and Magnus stared at each other through the eye holes in the masks they had printed half an hour ago. Their plan had been to have some beers and watch a couple of scary movies. They ended up having more than a few beers and then decided to go trick-or-treating.

That’s how they ended up wearing some of each other’s clothes, Magnus with Johan’s scarf around his neck, Johan with Magnus’ hat on top of his somewhat flattened hair and wearing a simple paper mask of the other’s face.

The next day, sober again, they could only hope that America hadn’t noticed them and hadn’t posted their little candy adventure online.
