Story Idea

okay, I had this idea and want people’s opinions. Would you read a story about two girlfriends, and then one of them dies in a car crash towards the start of the story. The other girlfriend (who was also in the car but survived) feels guilty about surviving, and the rest of the story shows her going through the stages of grief, but instead of acceptance, it all becomes to much for her to handle and in the end unalives herself to be reunited with her gf. Please let me hear your thoughts, idk if it’s worth it to work on the story or not.
