Yea. I've had to stick to only mornings or only evenings. Usually within one hour after sunrise/before sunset. Which sucks because I wanted to be that mom outside with her kids a ton but they're restricted because of me... 😔 (idk if it's pots -how young can pots be present i wonder- but my eldest is also heat sensitive so he is affected too but not as severe as mine is)

I get seasonal depression during spring & summer. Which nobody I know understands. Very isolating...

Is anyone else out here flaring up really bad because it's getting warmer out?

I'm getting increasingly frustrated with my unawareness of time. There have been times where I swear I just... blinked... and a couple of days have passed.

Did I eat? 🤷‍♀️ Did I do anything important? 🤷‍♀️ Did I take my medication? Probably not. But happening constantly. Days. Weeks. Months. Pass by and I just... have no idea what I've done. I've obviously existed? But what else? No idea. ✌🏻🫠

I grew up in the 90s where I constantly was told to "Be Weird!" Apparently I was supposed to be neurotypical weird, not autistic weird.
