i hope you pursue what you love in 2020, supported and surrounded by people who are so happy to have you in their lives. i hope you realize that we grow from failure, and that the lessons you learn will benefit you so much. those bumps along the roads, the sad days, the doubting, things not turning out just the way you imagined they would - they will happen, and it will be okay. you’ll face it, you’ll survive, grow, and you’ll make a wonderful year for yourself, regardless, or indeed because of that.

9|1|20 I have my first two college finals tomorrow. I feel fairly prepared for one of them and terribly not prepared for the other. It seems that everyone in my course has similar sentiments, because our prof didn't really communicate what sort of things might be in the exam.

Anyway, wish me luck :') I'm calmed by the fact that I can retake it two more times if I need to and that I don't have to worry about grades, since I won't be pursuing this field any further next school year.

I have a lecture in the city library on Wednesday, so afterwards I always do a chapter of a textbook that is accessible on the computers there.

Other than that I spent the entire day running some errands and doing homework. For Information science we had to try one online application and then write a review for it. It's due this Sunday, so I might be the first person to have handed it in :D Glad to have it out of the way, because I did not want to do it.

So I couldn't really fall asleep at night and decided to do some work in bed untill I got properly tired. Not reccomended, obviously, because then I woke up late as well. Have a healthy sleep schedule, guys! :)

I finished that essay that isn't due for over a month because I just woke up with ideas on what to write and how and figured I should seize the moment.

In the evening I finally went back to one lecture topic I had been stuck on for weeks and actually finished it! I'm so happy with myself today.♡ Now I will eat my cookies, relax and go to bed early since I have presentation tomorrow morning.

Fun fact: in the Czech Republic we have Christmas Day on the 24th. Merry Christmas to me and my family! ^.^

We're watching some movies and waiting untill it's time for dinner, so we can eat and give each other presents :D I'm doing just a bit of reading for finals. Multitasking :)

I spent almost the entire the with family and friends. We watched a few movies and I was able to do more reading on my laptop. Now right before going to bed I had a sudden wave of energy to compile some notes from my reading :)

So far even with this relaxed pace it really seems that I will be able to do everything in time for finals just fine and I'm feeling so happy with myself♡ ^.^
