Got away with only eating blueberries for dinner again and my family keeps on buying and cooking my favorite food! But I managed to resist, although,, it would’ve been better if I could workout but I got exams to focus for now
ONLY BLUEBERRY DIET

So I sort of made up this diet and I plan to eat 70 cals of blueberries per day

Goal by the end of this diet : 33 kg

That tummy is what I wantttt
disgusting habits i’ve picked up as a result of my ed:
judging my roommate for everything she eats
grabbing my fat and pulling it so i know how it would feel if it wasn’t there
when i start to feel okay with myself, i look at myself naked
every time i poop i look at it and think of how much it weighed inside my body
sleeping for as long as possible so i don’t eat
calorie counting other people’s meals in my head
eating tums when i’m craving flavor during a fast
very very long showers to avoid eating
taking my b-12 vitamins multiple times per day bc they taste good
scratching my head and peeling off the dead skin to pass time
staring at skinny people everywhere i go
constantly checking my hands to see if they’re shaking yet
obsessively looking at thinspo
drinking so much water i feel like vomiting
feeling proud every time my stomach rumbles or i feel hunger pains
