“Alright.” He said as he returned a quiet nod to her, walking past and looking around the room for fabrics which looked out of place.

The sad reality was his relation to the room was much the same as the one to her. Both he had seen once or twice but, he didn’t know much of beyond the fact that they were important to his brother. Setting a larger wrapped sheet of fabric on the back table he returned, walking around for more as he waited for her to confirm he was putting it away as he was supposed to.

✿— She makes quick work of tidying up, makeshift piles and stacks of orders haphazardly organized on one of the desks; organized chaos. While Mine wasn’t a fan of needless clutter, when the holidays rolled around she always had to pick and choose her battles. Time was better spent working on projects than trying to keep everything in the back tidy just to have it messed up again. When she returns she sees Yuki aimlessly search for fabric to pick up, smiling to herself before chuckling and placing a hand on his shoulder. “Come on, we can always come back to this later. Do you have a preference for tea?”

I had to mull this one over a little bit, since I see Mine as someone who is much less conservative about sex as a whole (given her reactions to most things & where she works). There’s not much to go off of as far as Mine’s background, so I like to think that she’s worked in shadier places to pay her dues and so getting down and dirty doesn’t really make her flustered— she’s far from a blushing virgin after all. She’s confident in herself and what she’s doing, but the one thing that makes her have to do a double-take is when someone is super literal in what they want and are doing. She can play with the big boys (and girls) and doesn’t miss a beat, but when someone *coughHATORIcough* starts using clinical terms and is just being so very literal and oblivious to so many things, then she starts getting flustered. She doesn’t really know how to react to it and it’s probably the one time you’ll see her disheveled during sex.

;;painting is really hard ; v ; Gonna be making a print with an OC of mine who deserves some love. Still have a LOOOOONG way to go, but I am attempting my first realistic painting in like years and lemme tell you it is painful 6 v 6 ;; With that being said I’m going to be start making a list of things I want to make prints of (Fruits Basket definitely being one of them) so if anyone has suggestions of what they would love to see let me know! Finally pulling on my big girl pants and getting serious in regards to opening up a small little shop online and making things to sell at cons!

For a lady, yet his tone was one of pleasant surprise rather than chastisement, because a compliment was still a compliment  ( however misinterpreted from his side; who could ever realize such a remark would be directed towards their attire specifically? )  and he found himself not at all minding the approach, even if she WAS a stranger. ✿— There’s a moment of silence before Mine pulls her attention away from the other’s outfit and instead slowly begins to register exactly what it is he’s saying to her now. Marriage? A hug? Sure she wasn’t opposed to receiving affections from a handsome stranger, but why on Earth was he offering one...? 

“Well, I’m glad that you’re not interested in marriage--- because I don’t have any plans of doing so soon. Do you always offer hugs to strangers?”
