Bird flying cycle  “Shot on twos”

This is line test was shots on twos I did it as 10 frames. It was a very helpful & it helped me to draw the right sequence for the bird wings and tail movement.The technique that was used is pose to pose.

Research for a walking cycle

This is a beautiful example too for a walking cycle I found it here. I like the way the of changing the movement made the character looks sleepy. It shows the importance of the different movements to express different ways of walking. Such a beautiful work was done in this work.

Contextual Research

Beautiful example I came across for a 2d traditional animation head turn.

#throwbackthusday to a Pocahontas scene I animated. Just a subtle head turn and gentle breeze in her hair while she thinks about her momma. I had to trim the beginning and end of this animation for Instagram, but the last drawing literally has dried blood on it. Or coffee, but with this film it could be either- or a mixture of both. pocahontas #Disney #2danimation
