Today’s Hypertrophy push/Chest, had me pushing 5x6 with rpe of 8,6,6,6,6 (260, 245, 245, 245, 245) first set was supposed to be 6 reps but 4 reps were shown 😭, Yet this was very challenging but worth every lift, Plus that leg drive is know joke @quadzzy_r extremely feeling that leg pump!!!
