I try to have a chapter out at least every month. I tried every 3 weeks at first, but couldn't consistently sustain that due to real life obligations. That said, it isn't impossible to get chapters faster than monthly, just unlikely. It also depends on how much the writing juices are flowing and how detailed my outline is for a chapter.
