No excuses ask: Last for your current WIP.

Alright! Thank you for asking me this!

The most recent thing I’ve got is a giant blob of pure dialogue, so I’ll give some more to make up for the lack of sentences and to add some context:

“I’m the sheepherder.”

“Okay, you cannot say that menacingly.”

“Shut up, yes I can! I’m the sheepherder!”

“Oh my god, wait, we need to pull over so I can record this. I’ve never heard anything funnier in my life.”

“Stop laughing, I’m scary! I’m the sheepherder and I’m going to knock you down with my...sheepherding cane!”

“And you say I’m the stubborn one. Also, isn’t it shepherd?”

“Shut up!”

And the last two sentences of the last scene that I’m 100% sure will actually make it in?

“Pick you up tomorrow?” He calls out loud enough for the whole block to hear from the window at her back, waiting until she’s just reached the front door.

She wheels around, exaggeratedly whispering “Shhh!”, with a smile on her face and her index finger over her mouth, before lowering it and responding, “You bet.”

All from the same wip! (Oh my god I have a wip!) A whole lot of next door neighbor friendships and car drives and banter! I hope you enjoyed it!

I haven’t read a lot for fun besides that, which is really sad

I’m just really picky about books I like and at the same time bad at finding good books

5 positive or happy things that happened this year!

I came out as bisexual, to myself and to other people (thought not everyone) and found a really supportive community!

I started to do more with art and sewing, making art pieces that I, personally, am proud of and sewing clothes that I’m really proud of having made!

I started doing things for fun and for myself more, and realized that getting into college is not the end-all-be-all of my life, and got out of that toxic culture in school

I grew my friend group and support network, and got more confident in my ability to be likeable and form friendships!

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention this, and all of the lovely people I have met, and beautiful fics I have read here! So many people are kind and supportive, and I am glad to count myself as having known you! Yes, you!

I’ll tag @yanak324 @harrenhollaback @thereluctantbadger and @thelandofnothing if you haven’t done it yet? I don’t know you very well but you seem very kind and you’re a very good writer!
