Or in when Heeseung has always liked his younger sister friend but was to scared to make move on her. So when fate brings them back together at college, Heeseung decided he will take his chance not caring what everyone thinks about it.

19. FIRST KISS

pairing: kang taehyun x reader

summary: friends— that's all what you guys are, yet why does he brush your hair so fondly? why does he holds your hand as you walk home? And you don't even like each other that much. wait, fuck, maybe you do? does he though? you have to find out someway or another.

note: sorry that this is just a filler before the epilogue, but I really hope that you guys have enjoyed the last few chaps <33 I'm sad that it's ending soon, but pls look forward to the yeonjun spin off!!

Taehyun peeked at the screen of your phone in your hands, a teasing smile forming on his face. "Why are you on your phone when I'm right in front of you?"

"I, uhh, I'm sorry just got a little nervous," you brought your phone down on the table, your fingers nervously tapping the glass in silence. After a minute of thinking you lift your gaze up to look at him. "How have you been?"

He raised an eyebrow, his smile contorting into a smirk. "You're so awkward all of a sudden. We just turned official and you suddenly don't know what to say."

"Who wouldn't? I've never been in a relationship before so everything's new to me," you let out a sigh, your lips forming into a pout. "It's… I don't know but it feels a bit more different than the platonic relationship we had. It feels more… uh, personal? It's hard to explain."

"Ah, I understand what you mean, don't worry," Taehyun says with a warm smile.

"Do you really? You seem very chill about this. It's only been a day since we're a thing but I changed so much already. What's love doing to me?" You grab on to his sleeve from across the table, gently pulling it to put his attention on you. "What are you doing to me?"

Taehyun leans forward until he's inches away from your face, he's so close that you stopped breathing. "I should be the one asking that."

He pressed a chaste kiss on the corner of your lips, purposefully missing your lips to tease you. "But now I can freely do this, and you can, too."

You blink once and avoid his gaze, licking your lips out of habit. Your lips felt like it was tingling just because of the little peck he gave you. "I think we should— uh, should continue so we can…"

Taehyun let out a laugh, opening one of your books to the page you were reading earlier.

"Why are you laughing?" You ask him, you could feel your cheeks warm up as the blood came rushing to your face from embarrassment.

He shakes his head, grabbing one of your pens and begins to write the problems you don't understand. "Nothing. I'm just really happy to be with you," he lifts his gaze to look at you, "I'm so glad that you're here."

And this time, you pout at him. "You're so cheesy. Stop that before I kiss you— ah, I mean…"

"You would? If that's the case then I should continue."

"Kang Taehyun, I need to pass this exam. I'll kiss you later once we're finished." You playfully shoved him away from you, which earned a chuckle from him.

"That's my reward. You better not forget."
