Tears up

Hi! so I'm a very dialogue heavy writer so when it gets down to describing, it just feels like I'm over explaining and making no sense. I guess I'm wondering how to be more confident with it?
Confidence comes from practice, with the amount varying per person to get the desired effect. There are some cases where the issue is not poor confidence in writing but poor confidence in self, and the answer to those cases is to treat the self-confidence since it overrides the writing issue.
There’s also a good chance that your dialogue-heavy comfort zone is hurting your stories. Better writers balance dialogue, exposition, setting, and all other aspects of storytelling to give a better rounded text and tell a more complete story. There’s nothing wrong with having a tilt in one of those directions (especially since not all scenes requires the same mixture of elements and dialogue is generally enjoyed by readers), but there’s a difference between a “tilt” and “dialogue heavy” and a lack of description can leave a story bare and the readers unable to properly picture anything. “Talking heads” is an issue that a lot of newer writers have, which occurs when a piece is too dialogue heavy and fails to give a concrete image of the (or any) event.
Dialogue is often easier to write, but that doesn’t mean you can ignore everything else. Sometimes it’s not just about writing better description– it’s about writing more– but learning how to get better at it can often contribute to an increase.
For practicing, I suggest you look into finding description prompts or exercises. Things like:
Where are you right now? Describe that place related to the current mood you’re in, or find a specific item and paint a verbal picture of it.
The 5 senses are the reality used to form description. Take some time to notice how you interact with the world and use that experience to help get in a character’s shoes as they interact with theirs.
Read more. There are so many examples of general description out there and better readers are often better writers because they have more exposure to storytelling elements and a heightened understanding of what works for them and what doesn’t.
The most basic advice that you’ll hear about description is “show, don’t tell”. It’s annoyingly everywhere, but it’s a piece of advice that shouldn’t go ignored because it’s cuts down on boring writing. Showing means providing concrete images for the reader to follow, often focusing on the senses that could be reasonably included as something to pay attention to in the scene. Telling is not always bad because it helps speed up scenes by glossing over less important details, but poor description often tells too much.

Fanfiction Theories
I just made myself sad.
I was planning on writing fanfiction for Destiel with “Skinny Love” base song. But thinking about S14 or maybe the end of supernatural...
When Castiel failed to bring Dean to take control and cast Michael out ....
now that Dean is controlled by Maichel, If... What IF Michael take Castiel grace in exchange of Dean’s body? Or maybe what if Castiel have to kill Maichel but wouldn’t that mean Castiel would have murdered Dean in the progress ?
So.... Right now... Castiel is face with two option.
And 2 possibility since we can all see... Dean is everything for Castiel . But if it is was with those ideas I just said, If Castiel choose Dean, world would be ruled by Michael. And if Castiel choose to safe a World (because Castiel might have thought that Dean would want him to do that) then that mean Dean would death and Castiel have to take over heaven while griefing about Dean.
I dunno, man... I just have this complicated thought....
Don't
what if everyone has a soulmate but every time you date someone else you change a little and at the end when you finally meet your other half you just don’t match together anymore? What if?
