Then Baltimore. Neil got tortured. Got bruised all over his skin, scars that’ll never be forgotten and what does Andrew do? He asks yes or no and kisses his hip.

It sure af wasn’t love at first sight but the fact that his initial attraction never faded gives you a hint about what Neil is for Andrew.

(Not to mention how the versions of Neil changed the more Andrew learned about Neil as well. First he was Neil. Then he was Abram. Then he was Nathaniel. Until he finally became Neil Abram Josten.

All the lies. All the truths. It all came together and Andrew was there during all of it).

and if I start talking about Neil falling for Andrew the more he learned about him and the role he took over-

forever obsessed with 4 of the foxes being actual murderers and everyone else just being chill about it. andrew admits to killing his mother in front of the entire team and it’s never mentioned again. aaron kills drake and they’re all just like “damn now we’re gonna have to get a new racket :/.” renee casually brings up killing someone in a knife fight and it makes neil like her MORE. neil in tsc orders a hit on someone and no one cares. like yeah the foxes fight constantly but they’ll still cover up murder for each other if the situation calls for it

Honestly the main reason why I don't offer to drive most of my friends cars or let them drive mine, I'm the shortest friend by a long margin.

andrew minyard was so sassy about being the only one driving his car but it was prob just because he was embarrassed about how long it would take to push the seat back.

nora going from writing an ace-spec main to a (probably allosexual) bi main, and the difference is so chef's kiss. they're both disasters don't get me wrong, but jean having attraction in his inner monologue even with the trauma he's been through implies to me that neil's demisexuality has absolutely nothing to do with his trauma. hilarious in retrospect because, if i remember correctly, neil in his inner monologue basically blames his lack of sexual attraction on his mother's abuse the few times he kissed girls when he was on the run, but he doesn't have a single sexual thought until andrew lets him in on his feelings in book three,,, meanwhile jean's out here actively fighting his bisexuality like his life depends on it (he thinks it does) (he'll learn it doesn't eventually)
