Dragonbard
Get it? He’s a Dragonborn Bard... Therefore... Dragonbard.
THIS was actually really fun to do! The first is the original sketch, the other two pictures were inked by hand. You might see future recreations of this in the future... I love how it turned out. The eyes in the second picture look too cutesy to me, and I’ve been trying to figure it out. Perhaps I put too many dark lines there. Sometimes less is more.
I should start logging my hours with these projects. This was quite a joy to make! I learned a lot of techniques for creating ice effects... However, none were to my liking, so I had to create my own. Ah the joys of Photoshop. It wasn’t meant to be one of my characters, but he suddenly transformed into a revamped version of my old friend: Frazier. He usually wears a blindfold over his difficult-to-create-in-photoshop-eyes. But despite my complaints, it was fun to figure out exactly how they look.
We made our patterns In class, it was a surprisingly complicated process haha. But I based it off of some things I loved about Maryland!
Let us not forget the mermen during marmay.......... (I know it's June First but just go with it XD)
