My theater class literally has the most SUPREME vibes. We were performing our monologues and one of the girl’s was a hypothetical of her coming out to her parents and literally there’s 5 more lesbians in this class that gave her such postive feedback and everyone was super chill and accepting of her like yasssss these are the vibes I need in everyday life!
10/10 recommend climbing and sitting under a highway, unless that’s illegal or something idk if it is...
Learning your own nation’s bad history is like having had a gash in your arm. Should it be ignored the wound will get infected and grow to become much worse than it originally was. But, if you take the time to acknowledge it we can start to understand the wound and what we need in order to make it heal. We can start to dress it, and give effort into making it better and it will become as scar. Visible but also a sign of growth.
If we allow nationalist education to be taught our wounds will be infected and hate will become widespread. We need to acknowledge America isn’t perfect, not just in the past but especially now. So we can start to understand what steps we need to take to start to heal and grow to be better, and not get any more gashes.
Wait... was no one going to tell me that Carmen gave Jules a bouquet of roses at the end of the special or did I just have to watch the special myself???? Also Jules blushes a bunch??? I mean, the tension is too much to be just friendship.
