Thought is the wind, knowledge is the sail, and mankind is the vessel…. Augustus Hare. I’m gonna ponder this one a bit more, I do believe…. in the meantime, I hope you ponder it too….at the beach this weekend, I caught some shots of a couple of sailboats on the Chesapeake….maybe kind of a visualization of the above, to get us started on our pondering…..lol ;-)Bon Mardi, mes amis!

It was June, and the world smelled of roses. The sunshine was like powdered gold over the grassy hillside. Maud Hart Lovelace, Betsy-Tacy and Tib (Betsy-Tacy, #2). A single, fleur rouge, solitary in it’s circumstance, yet it’s perfume & beauty are far reaching….seems to me, people are kinda like that. I mean, if each of us cultivates love, acceptance & genuine forgiveness where we are…we will, to use a terribly clichéd quip, “bloom where we’re planted”.
