One of my favorite tropes (if I can even call it "trope") is when everyone calls Character A by a nickname except for the character B who call them by the full first name/a different nickname. I don't know why but it hits me, it's like " every time you think about that name you will think about me", especially if character B does it with that intention in mind and/or gets jealous when other person uses the name/nickname

God I'm a sucker for characters who are so utterly loyal to someone that they're completely unhinged. Characters who have no moral compass except their overwhelming devotion to whoever they've chosen to listen to. That's the good shit

Comparing South Asian clothes and clothes with heavy South Asian influences to Capitol costumes is cultural insanity and ignorance at its finest. Your in my country, wearing my clothes, at an event that’s supposed to represent more opportunities for my people and you have the audacity compare it to costumes?!

Indian people have wearing clothes like these for hundreds of years, they have historical and cultural value, they’re clothes have survived years colonization and comparing them to costumes is just so demeaning. They’re clothes that are worn at weddings and cultural and religious events, and this is just disgusting. I

It’s literally a cultural heritage center, not a damn costume party. And to compare us to the Captiol that’s responsible for being oppressive, wasteful, over the top, and fictional is dehumanizing.
