A new outlook on our boys...

Here I am, a month or so later, updating this post because SOOOO much has changed.

1st. Jimin is still technically my bias, but I felt he should be promoted to something more important because I love him to pieces!! The only thing I could come up with is PahDehRah, which I’m sure pissed Castiel off (see my main blog for that), but I mean it’s true. Park Jimin is my Always and Forever just like Cas.

2nd, we have my bias wrecker Jeon Jungkook...that little shit...he can still make me forget my own damned name sometimes, Jesus, Kookie should come with a damned warning label.

Jin and Yoongi (Suga) have been fighting for spot number 3 for different reasons... I still consider Jin my husband and damn if I wouldn’t do anything that man asked, including have 12 of his children...even considering my age and how little time I have left to have children. He’s a damn Angel and we don’t deserve him. Yoongi, on the other hand, I’ve gotten over my fear/aversion of because I figured out what the problem was. He’s a Pisces. 9 times out of 10, I can spot a Pisces a mile away and am usually turned off or scared of them because of past experiences. Needless to say, I’ve gotten over it because he’s my perfect lil squish and I love him DEARLY also his endless talents so much....not to mention he is SOOOO DADDY AF and I would not have any issues with him handcuffing me to the bed and plowing me like the back 40. (Midwesterners will understand that.)

TaeBae or Taehyung/V is still in 4th and is still only a sound that resembles “nnnngghhhunnngggg” because when I see him I can only make incoherent noises...and his voice? JFC HELP. Also, I have an amazingly strong level of trust for him. Like I don’t even know him obviously, but I would trust him with anything/everything without question or hesitation. Idk.

I’ve also recently found myself slipping into the Namjoon trash pile, much to my nieces chagrin. Namjoon is her bias and her everything and I don't’ wanna take him from her, but I can definitely see him coming to visit every once in a while as a weekend lover that helps me break my bed.

Last, but not least, we have J-Hope...the one I swore was my “Son” and I would protect and love him at all costs....until I happened upon a smut fic about him, couldn’t stop reading, and let’s just say that I CANNOT watch Blood, Sweat, and Tears or Mic Drop without looking at our precious Hobi in a WHOLE new light.

Kookie is still my favorite vocalist because he has soooo much passion when he sings. It’s ethereal.

Suga is still my favorite rapper because, let’s face it, dude is HELLA talented.

I’m finally torn on my favorite dancer only because J Hope SHINES in Mic Drop and Bapsae....I mean he’s just stellar.

However, I can only describe it as Jimin “comes alive” when he dances to Dope and Fire....it’s like his body becomes one with the music. It’s so fluid and natural it’s frightening. If I didn’t know better, I would say he’s Fred Astaire’s great great grandson because my GODS.....Jimin is spectacular. I must also add that Kookie has become quite the dance prodigy himself. He never ceases to amaze me as he continues to visibly and obviously improve his skills.

Again, we don’t deserve them

Now, on a side note. I first got into K-Pop by listening to EXO...”Promise”, “Universe”, “Peter Pan”, and “Overdose” to be exact....and as much as I found myself loving BTS (both for the talent, performance, and yes...looks), I wondered why they had no songs that “moved me” the way EXO could.

Yeah....

Needless to say, I was able to listen to “Let Go” when it was released yesterday and not only did I cry like a bitch, but it’s exactly what I wanted/needed to hear from Bangtan Sonyeondan.

They are so beautiful, inside and out, and I’m telling you we don’t deserve them, but they’ve decided to claim us as ARMY and I count it as a blessing.

Ok, I’ve rambled enough for now. Won’t be up too much longer, just finishing my supper and perhaps take a shower before bed instead of before work.

Hello!!

First off, let’s start with an introduction for those of you who didn’t come here via my main blog.

My name is Danni and I’m very new to the concept of K-pop (only a couple of months in), but I’ve fallen in love with it very quickly. I love the melodies and beats. I love the vibe of it and how passionate it sounds.

I’m mainly into BTS and EXO, but there are a few other songs I like from other bands.

My favorite BTS songs would probably be “Blood, Sweat, and Tears” with “Fire” and “Dope” tied for second. I also like “We On“, as it was the first BTS song I heard and liked.

Jimin is definitely my bias and, at first V was my second, but recently Jungkook has come into my heart and completely wrecked shop, pushing V to third. Along with Kookie, I have also recently grown very attached to Jin and watching him eat is the cutest thing that has ever happened. His smiles can also cure anything and everything. I’m neutral/indifferent to RM and Suga (though RM sure can rap his face off, holy hell!!) and J-Hope is my son and that’s all there is to it.

As for EXO, they were actually the first group I “binge listened” to and are what made me love the K-pop genre in general. “Promise” and ”Peter Pan” are my favorites, with “Universe” and “Overdose” in second place. Kai is just painfully gorgeous and can dance his ass off to hell and gone. He is my one and only from that group.  

My main objective with this sideblog is to indulge in my love for this music and these beautiful men. You will find reblogs, memes, maybe some fanfic and definitely some of my drawings that I’ve done of the members.
