You can come back later and continue rather forcing your mind and soul to work when it's completely exhausted.

Self improvement is a process. It takes time. It's slow. But it's the best gift you and me can gift ourselves with.

Let's stop being that hard.

Let's be empathetic and kind to ourself. We deserve it.
