There is endless wonder and rapture in the breath. We must work hard to find it. We must learn to dwell there. Only then may we understand how to enjoy our lives, only then may we be able to truly feel alive.

I think of the mind as a muscle. 💪 Unworked, it will lapse into weakness and be overrun by meaningless thoughts. However, if constantly trained to remain focused on the present moment, it will strengthen. The bodily senses will be sharpened, and happiness will abound. 🙂

My 3 top tips for arm balances: 💪💪💪 1️⃣ STRETCH! Warm up your wrists, elbows and shoulder joints and stretch thoroughly. This will not only prevent injuries, but will REALLY improve your balance and strength.
2️⃣ ENGAGE THAT CORE! It’s tough, but keeping your core fully engaged during arm balances will make a HUGE difference and really take the pressure off your arms!
3️⃣ PATIENCE. Don’t rush into postures that your body isn’t ready for. Do a little every day and enjoy the PROCESS of training your body - that’s the whole point! ❤️ Hope these help! 😊 Please feel free to add your own! (at Pyrenees)
