Nour's posts often get thousands upon thousands of notes, however somehow he hasn't received any donations in 2 whole hours and even before then only received them sparsely.
I understand that some people truly, honest to God cannot donate and to those people I hold absolutely no contempt. I myself have no bank account or job so have only been able to donate to a few USD campaigns by converting old birthday money to giftcards.
But, that's the thing, right? Not to over-inflate my own contributions, but despite my own situation I have still been able to donate to some people. So, it's clear as fucking day to me that unless ALL of your money goes to bills and food (streaming services don't count, anything recreational DOES NOT COUNT), that you are all making excuses.
Unless you meet the description I previously described, you can donate to Nour. He and his family are in constant danger of dying. They live in a squalid tent with a newborn baby which they are unequipped to take care of properly because they are suffering under a GENOCIDE. READ THE WORD. READ IT AGAIN. I would also like to add that Nour's other child is also struggling to receive basic resources. A single carton of milk is $60 USD, and diapers are $80 a box. They can barely scrape by with what little money they have. Do not grow numb to it and do not grow complacent because millions of people, thousands upon thousands of newborn babies just like Nour and his wife's little son, they are subject to constant displacement, surrounded by bugs and disease, and are literally in danger of starving to DEATH.
You don't need to buy that new game. You don't need that new shirt. You don't need to go see that (LIKELY BDS BOYCOTTED) new movie.
Most if not all of your spending money right now should be going to help Palestinians like Nour and his family. There is no excuse. Plain and simple.
I have nothing else I can say to make you people finally understand the gravity of the situation.

I am Ola Ferwana from Palestine ,Gaza. I'm a mother of 3 kids Yamen, Qusai and Mira. My husband travelled to Egypt to get medicines before 2 days of the war 7 of October on Gaza and he was stuck in Egypt until this moment.
I faced very great challenges and responsibilities of my three children in the absence of my husband, as he had traveled and the crossing was closed and we could not see each other. The amount of suffering I was feeling cannot be described as still being in the north of Gaza.I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart and a plea for urgent assistance. I have left my home and have been displaced more than 8 times with my children. I am living in the war_torn region of Gaza, facing unimaginable challenges, with lack of water, food scarcity, and constant threats to their safety.
This is our street of my house, the Israeli occupation damaged all the houses.
I have delivered a girl baby,Mira , through the war, She was 10 months old and my husband didn't see her until this moment.
Yaman was 7 years old, and his simplest dream was to complete the first grade at school, but his school was completely destroyed. He lost the most beautiful thing that he was happy with and enjoyed that he had reached this stage.
Qusai is 5 years old, and until this moment I do not have the courage to tell him that his kindergarten was also destroyed, the first place and refuge in which he was happy, but in this war he lost everything beautiful. He lost his father’s hug, which was his only refuge when he slept at night, telling him his daily story to fall asleep safety.
Mira, my daughter, who had never seen an hour or a moment devoid of fear, came into this world and was surprised by a war that destroyed many, many things. It destroyed her house and her room, which I was waiting for as I prepared and brought her all the beautiful clothes and colorful dresses she needed. She was surprised by the sound of missiles. She could not sleep because of it. My husband hopes to get a smile and a hug from her daughter Which he had been waiting for some time.
We lack of the basic human needs, no food no electricity no water. We were poisoned and infected because of the unhealthy water that we drink.
My three children and I had to be hospitalized. We suffered from liver dysfunction as a result of malnutrition, widespread diseases, and recurring infection.
During this period, I felt remorseful about how difficult it is for a mother to see her children sick and unable to treat them because she is also very sick.
The Rafah border crossing, which is the only way to escape from the war, is closed now.
I hope to provide us by giving support in order to cover the costs associated with ensuring our safe passage of Egypt through the borders. When Logan goes on a mission without Wade, Wade can distract himself with his silly cartoons and the dog and Al, and can function pretty much fine till Logan gets home. He might text him a few more times than necessary, but that's the extent of it.
Logan on the other hand? Absolutely zero fucking chill. Cannot Function. It's like mother hen mode but on crack. He can't sit still for longer than thirty seconds. Wears his suit the entire day, just incase he needs to go save Wade, which is ridiculous because as Wade had reminded him before he left- he's also fucking immortal.
Like seriously, this man becomes intolerable. Wade's phone crashes from the amount of texts and missed calls, and Logan just cannot do Anything all day. Even when Wade gets home (and honestly, the mission finished a good half hour before but he needed to ensure he was completely healed before he went home and Logan freaks the hell out over a paper cut) Logan is on him, stripping him off in their bedroom and checking him for any marks, growling in that way Wade finds sexy as hell, except there's nothing sexy about it right now because Logan looks on the verge of tears, his eyes tired and stressed, and Wade grabs his wrists mid-inspection and kisses his knuckles
"Logan, I'm fine. I'm completely okay."
And Logan nods stiffly but doesn't quite relax, so Wade redirects his hands back to their previous trail and let's him finish his inspection before he tugs him in for a hug.
(They agree to stop doing missions without each other. Logan won't ask, feels too selfish and controlling to do so, so Wade does. Pretends it's for his benefit, obviously. And Al's, which it actually is because when he'd gotten back she loudly proclaimed 'thank fuck! That bastard was going to wear a damn hole through the fucking floorboards!')
