This Marlene photograph is a dead ringer for my mother when she was that age. Without the costume, beret, sophisticated attitude, and super-tweaked eyebrows of course. But that's Mom, all right. She never had a discoverer. And wasn't one herself.

The guy who posted this tagged it "creep". Having a little guy like this myself, I can tell you the one thing he's not is a creep. He's smart (look at those eyes), affectionate, and all things awesome. I wish I knew this little fellow's name.

If freckles could be mapped onto staff paper...
