Admittedly this all sits on bed of a Basmati rice (high carbs but a low 52 glycemic index) but it's healthy nevertheless. The center piece is a Sri Lankan Lime Pickle (healthy gut bacteria) which you can find in most Indian stores. Of course, some stir fried green beans with a pinch of Ceylon Cinnamon (cleans up the stomach of bad bacteria), garlic and chili oil to add a lovely savory taste. I got sardines (338% DV of B12) from a can, but stir fried it quickly in the olive oil it came in, with some chopped onions to add extra zest. The green stuff is the Collard greens (858% Vitamin K) finely chopped and quickly pan fried in coconut oil, a dash of turmeric (blood sugar control) and grated coconut. And course some roasted yellow bell pepper (157% DV Vitamin C) infused with sesame oil and our signature Cinnamon red lentil curry infused with Ceylon Cinnamon, turmeric, curry leaves (blood sugar control), black mustard seeds, cumin powder and coconut milk. All in all, pretty healthy wouldn't you say?

When a customer of ours from New York called and said he strongly suspects he has the Corona virus and asked us for help, the reality of the Corona virus hit us hard. My step cousins (She is a Doctor) husband in New York also got the Corona virus. We told our customers go see a Doctor immediately, but he told us there is NO chance in hell he can get anywhere near a hospital. He says it is chaos in NY. What could we do help our customers we thought? With the help of my friend Sam in Canada (an avid follower of the news and research) we put together a crash program on how to survive. This infographic is the advice we gave him.
Our customer through a long network of friends got a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin (an antibiotic) which he took for 5 days (maximum dosage). He is feeling much better. While the drug industry is saying there is no proof it works, there is enough anecdotal evidence it works when taken early. My friend Sam suspects the drug industry with the government is playing for time until they develop a vaccine to make a pile of cash. There is no money in Hydroxychloroquine or prevention. Really, do we wait for clinical trials while we all die? Anecdotal evidence is good enough for me. One thing is for sure. They will ban Hydroxychloroquine when the drug industry gets their vaccine. Fleecing will commence in earnest.
Our customer is feeling much better although he still has a slight cough and a bit of fever as of Monday April 13, 2020. He is taking Tylenol as opposed Advil (ibuprofen). Apparently anti-inflammatory drugs (advil/ibuprofen) boost the body's production of an enzyme that sits on the cell's surface, known as ACE2. The coronavirus hijacks these ACE2 receptors to enter human cells. Another mistake he was doing was getting bed rest. If you got the Corona virus you need to move around, get fresh air, do breathing exercises and light stretching.
And keep taking the Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (2tsps every 4 hours) in warm water) and boost your Vitamin C and Vitamin D levels. Ok I am not one for supplements, but this is an emergency and that is how they should be used. Because we know the drug industry is in cahoots with the government, they will not really help you. We need to help ourselves with sensible crowd sourced information. If I listened to the medical industry, I would have been sick a few times per year. But thanks to Apple Cider Vinegar I have been sick free for 10 years. Maybe it will help with the Corona virus. maybe not. Worth a try as a first line defense. That is not say modern medicine is bad, but you have to sift through the bullshit.
