R6s characters analysis : Alexis
This will be a very small analysis, it follows up on lion's because understanding the situation of Alexis will only help you understand lion's character even more
Alexis is in a position that no one wants to be in
Every time he has a conversation with lion must be awkward because he probably knows about his father's regrets, so in order to talk to each other normally they must search for topics that do not involve the past
At the same time he must be itching to ask lion about his past when he was a teenager just like how Alexis is now.
He was born in 2004 if r6s follows our time then he would be 16 years old, nearly half the age of his parents and being a teenager is a difficult stage
Whenever Claire and lion talk to each other he's most likely the topic since it's the only thing connecting them
But what really troubles him must be the fact that he has two fathers
He feels obligated to give each of them time
He's obligated to answer lion's calls because they're an act of regret. He feels obligated to visit him regularly because he knows how much he means to his father and wants to know more about him and love him but can't ask him about the past so he won't open old wounds, so he'll probably ask his aunt Sophie or his grandparents.
But it's safe to assume that his relationship with them is distant and somewhat wired. They probably only see each other on holidays
But this would make him feel guilty and worries about what his mother's husband would feel about this. He worries that he might be jealous or sad that he's away from him because he raised him, took care of him as his own son
Alexis feels grateful to him and wants to repay his kindness
This gives him little time to think about himself and he's probably afraid of the future when he gets a family of his own because then he'd have to cut his now shorter time for both his fathers and do the same his children
Lastly it's safe to assume that he doesn't like to celebrate his birthday because both of his fathers would be in the same room and that would be super awkward and he really can't talk to one, or call him dad without feeling like he hurt the other and the conversations between the two fathers must be very wired and filled with silence and lion would probably leave early which would make Alexis feel sorry for his father and more obligated to visit him soon Once and repeat. It's a cycle of uncomfortable situations and emotions that no one would want to experience
Thank you very much for reading
I know that my writing skills needs to be more thought and organized and I hope I'll get better

Next character analysis would be doc
So fitting
When Toxic Doc convinces Jäger to spawnpeek with him …
I should have posted this earlier this morning but Hi eid Mubarak to all of you, and to you who do not celebrate it i simply wish you a great day
Today is the eid of adha and i wanted
tell you about it if you are interested
(i always thought it was nice to hear about other cultures and festivals associated with them)
The eid of adha is one of only two holidays that Muslims around the world celebrate by giving charity and contacting loved ones
But the adha is a little bit different
It's the 10th day of the 12th month in Islamic calendar
In this day we pray a special prayer at sun rise called eid prayer (which also accure on eid al fetr)
After this prayer we must sacrifice a sheep, cow, camel, or any livestock (except pigs of course)
Now although i say sacrifice it's actually very simple
You simply cut the throat of the sacrifice and then your done, however there are conditions to how you do it
1 the knives should be will sharpened so the livestock won't suffer and you must be fast
2 the livestock shouldn't see the knives and shouldn't see the other livestocks getting killed
3 one sacrifice is enough for each family
4 the head of the family (usually the father) is the one responsible for it
5 you should only do it if you can afford it
After you're done the meat shouldn't go to waste, it should be shared and given to the poor
Some might wonder why you should cut the throat?
My answer is that humans have been doing it for a millenia and it's normal, easy, and fast
The animal won't suffer as it will lose consciousness not to mention that it will clean the meat of all blood when you start preparing it for the sharing it and cooking
One of the reasons i like this day is that it's a good reminder that meat doesn't grow on trees and that the world still works in a way that we usually ignore
And the feeling of preparing your own meal makes it more delicious (not to mention the rare dishes that my family prepare each year out of it)
P.S
Islamophobes and vegans usually unit against us in this day and they don't mention that the meat GOSE TO THE POOR FIRST as Muslims are obligated to give charity twice a year
Remember when I said that I'll be doing a character analysis for the operators every week (i don't think any of you cared) i didn't do it, and I won't be able to do it this months because of my schedule.
Writing analysis takes time for me to make sure that i didn't miss anything
I'm still committed to writing them in the near future
The first and only one i did so far was for lion, Next one will for his son Alexis since he plays a big role in lion's character and understanding his position will only add more to lion
If like my character analysis then please share them
Thanks

How can anyone not love him

R6 character analysis : lion
A man with simple goals
"confusing what is right and what is easy can lead you down a dangerous path"
Lion's life is all summed up with this one sentence
In case you didn't know his past I recommend you read it on the wiki to get the full picture (and the feels) because his story is long
Unlike other operators lion entered the military out of need, not dedication, not responsibility, not even because he thought it was cool
Lion like any normal person has a limit on how much pressure he can handle, the job pressure is easy but the emotional pressure of social life isn't
We all have a limit in which we begin to think "i don't deserve this" this can lead us to take a more violent approach to things like heated arguments especially if they're about us and how bad we are as a person
Lion's emotional pressure limits is pretty thin compared to his job pressures limit simply because he's trying his best and he unconsciously feels that he needs help
On the surface however, he thinks that he doesn't deserve anything because of his sins and that he should do everything alone, this leads him to avoid asking for help, and his praid/arrogance doesn't allow him to explain himself to others (unless they were friendly like Harry) which leads to conflicts and misunderstandings
His conflict with thatcher wasn't explained at all but what's clear is that lion said something "wrong", it's obvious this thing he said wasn't related to the training otherwise thatcher wouldn't have reacted like. Whatever it was i think it was something that touched thatcher personally but wasn't directed at thatcher himself (it wasn't an insult but rather something morally wrong)
I think it's safe to assume that this incident affect the relationship between the SAS and the GIGN but it doesn't affect their missions
(I'll talk more about it in thatcher analysis)
But it shows that lion has a long way to go
As for his conflict with doc it was already revealed, and it's obvious that lion wasn't mistaken but rather doc was at wrong here but it shows lion is ready to take hard choices even they seemed cruel and he's ready to face the results and hatred and take responsibility but he won't explain himself or apologize for doing what he had to, because he doesn't trust his emotions due to his past experience where he confused right and easy, this time he didn't want to confuse right and safe with right and dangerous. So if his emotions would get hurt or he gets hated for what he had to do, it's a small price (I'll talk more about this conflict in doc analysis because it shows his character very well)
I think that lion doesn't hate doc he just doesn't agree with him and they had a bad start, thankfully Harry is already working on solving this problem. The reason why he didn't do the same thing with thatcher was probably because thatcher is from another unit and his conflict was nothing more than a moment of anger
I think that Harry will succeed in his efforts and i can see lion and doc becoming friends or partners at least who try to make things better and one of the reasons is that they work on similar fields, with the help of twitch and finka they can make it
however i don't see them becoming lovers considering that it'll be weird and lion is religious and has a bad experience, as for doc there's a slight possibility that he's from a Muslim family (there's concept art of him visiting what seems to be a Muslim family)
So if both of them are religious then I don't think the ship will ever be canon (screw your ships)
Back to the point
It's safe to say that lion feels something whenever he looks at certain people or hear their names
When he sees his his parents he remembers the pain of being kicked out but also the warmth they provide for him now
Whenever he sees his sister he probably remembers the better times of thire childhood
Whenever he sees claire he feels guilt, responsibility and the need to make up for her which is why he was paying child support in the first place
Whenever he sees Alexis (his son) he feels shame and self hatred because he almost killed him, he feels afraid that his son would never love him, that he would hate him and someday throw him out of his life, but most importantly he has a goal and a purpose to get closer to him and he was the first reason he tried to become a better man and he would do anything for this goal because he treasures him. If Alexis said "i love you" then lion would probably cry of happiness from the inside and he would starve for more time with him than ever
Whenever he sees Claire's unknown husband he feels jealously for him taking what's supposed to be his place with his previous love and his precious son. he feels shame but also graduated towards him for taking care of things and he holds no ill will towards him, but it's definitely a very weird relationship of awkward interactions
Whenever he sees doc he feels sorry
Whenever he sees twitch and finka he feels thankful
Whenever he sees montagne and jackal he sees friends and mentors
And rook is rook. No one hate him, everyone loves him, but i can see them becoming friends over music
As for the character that everyone seems to, forget about, Bertrand.
probably the best thing that happened to lion was meeting him
Bertrand met lion in his time of need, he was the one who pointed lion to the right path to try and face his sins and make up for them, without leaving him alone
Without him lion wouldn't have met his son and apologized to Claire. Without him lion wouldn't have survived the depression and loneliness after realizing his mistakes
Without him lion would have probably committed suicide long ago
So whenever lion sees him he sees a lifesaver, a friend, and a teacher in life
He's the one who convinced lion to move forward (and to volunteer)
He's the one who awakened lion's ability and dedication to change and become a better person. Lion probably feels that he owes him everything and that he's the only person he can be honest with about anything (more than Harry)
In summary It's safe to assume that with the help he gets lion will only grow more and become a better person
He'll become the father, he'll become the operator and the teammate that everyone wants to be, he'll become the volunteer who helps those in need, and he'll save lives
These are his goals.
Many thanks for reading
Notes : i feel like i could have done this better, i did lion first because i love him, i bought because of his backstory and tbh and i don't like his gadget that much
This made my day 😂

4 speed
New ideas
Empathy, anger, Regret, redemption, fear, trauma, conflict and belonging
All of these are human traits that can shape our personalities, interactions and decision making
If i told you that you need to introduce me to a character in less than 20 minutes with a page or two and make me feel for them and want to see more of thire story
Rainbow six siege is an online pvp only game but when it comes to operator's bios some of them manage to grab your attention and possibly make you feel sad for these characters, what's really amazing is that the bios manage to do this with so little information and few words
Jackal regrets his loss
Lion is wants to make up for his mistakes
Finka fears her illness
Vigil is traumatized and doesn't connect with people
Doc thinks that he's always right or at least has to be
And ash Dosen't know where she belongs
After reading thire bios i decided to make a small series on tumbler where i analyze some of the characters in rainbow and delve into what i believe is their minds based on the information we have so far
I'll first focus on the the most interesting and sad characters then I'll try to move to some others who have less information in their bios
I'll do this in the next few days probably one post in a week
Please share it if you like it
