Hello All, I hope your finding yourselves warm and bundled up in this Winter 2014 season. Unless of course if your in Oz (Australia) where its Summer right now. This month of January has evaporated quickly for many of us due to a variety of factors. How many of you have made it a concentrated effort to stop every once in a while and just breathe in "Life"? For plenty of us it costs nothing, just a quick respite to rejuvenate the spirit within allowing vigor and gratitude to fill up our senses for being alive right now. Today's trio of "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statements are on the topics of: Service, Conduct, and Courage. Written originally back in early to the middle of April 2010 in the series # 1027-1029. If at all possible enjoy this Winter weather in safety and a humane spirit towards all. We as the plural results of God's ultimate expression of Being has not cast us aside from our heavenly realm. We are all at his arm's reach to pull us aside if we stray too far from his earnest reproach into our personal lives. No one can take away your power to live with dignity unless you allow it. As we each represent the godly in our lives akin to the Angels in this Earth and the Heavens. We showcase all that is divine in each other in order to promote the goodwill in our combined souls. All acts of genuine compassion with neither thoughts of earthly reward or recognition. Will grant the giver a total recovery of their own inherent heavenly beauty. The instantaneous good pleasure of giving is received almost immediately through the "Holy Spirit". We thereby unleash what is holiest in us and release what is purest in our brothers and sisters in spirit. Forget not this truth of how we may love in action and for it to surround us instantly with grace. We are truly alive when we love each other in service by often reinforcing our faith in the process with God. Compassion and humility by the avenues of understanding and patience have afforded more "Peace on Earth". Than what any signed peace accord between nations could ever accomplish in any lifetime. Be still in your hearts and your minds allow for this hidden mystery to overwhelm you. Distill yourselves onto this one point in life where all grace follows in unceasing prosperity. Follow the bread crumb trail of your angels be they well intentioned people or purely in heavenly spirit. Whatever the turn of events in life so that it takes you to moments of reflection or steps to accomplish. Do so with conviction knowing full and well of your place situated within your proper self. Flow forth from a place of zeal for living that God provides all to those who are earnest in accordance to his "Divine Will". Yet be mindful of the duo feminine aspect of God as Goddess which expresses life by all means nurturing, gentle, humble, and kind when it is warranted. Otherwise without proper inner balance our soulful desires to tame ourselves be they masculine or feminine in essential natures. Will clash with the world at large by being out of step with our intent and our following resolve to be whole in being. Keep to wisdom on what is proper in conduct and what is clearly not. For foolishness beyond playtime is a recipe for disuse and illness in how we express what is real to us alone. In how we decide to reach our most valued spaces in being content as spiritual beings alive in the flesh. Will determine a life well lived or one of confused suffering. Is it to move mountains aside in spite of our fears? Courage is a process that can define a soul in order to help crumble difficult circumstances surrounding them. For there to be fear in our minds there must also be Hope in our hearts. A strong counter balance must be achieved in spirit for courage to take hold down to the roots of our being. For difficult circumstances do not, nor should they not define us. Our reactions may be stern and they may be timid for to be fully human we stumble at times unceremoniously. Our Convictions is what helps us to define ourselves in life as a whole. Troubles will come in all sizes and solutions will appear in all places as well. The great practitioner of life knows how to create opportunity out of perils in order to surmount the ugly in life. The afflicted ones succumb to a gnashing of teeth as they are defeated even before they have fully commenced to tackle hardships. They have forsaken themselves without a chance to overcome. Hardly can the Angels in heaven assist with such a weak resolve to live. With true courage lived with hope and convictions comes an ingredient called faith. A faith not based on the appearance of insurmountable difficulties. But one of an inner stillness which is sensible in spirit that is filled with unspoken strength and self-worth to overcome all things. Milestones become a well paved roadway to intercede on ones own behalf to nearly subjugate all injustice. For to squish one evil out of your personal life another will come along in your brothers or sisters life. For they are needing instruction in how to overcome for themselves. These are the hallmarks of a true courage that is not to be lauded from the hilltops, but kept in a spirit of humility in order to care for all precious things in life. Criminal Justice Concept: Military Anti-Rape Advocacy (MARA)

Hello All, I was a bit hesitant to write down this "Gem of Opportunity" as a very militant conceptualization for a potential Watchdog group. I may have a streak of fierceness in me, but I don't do militant concepts in general. However when I recently saw a re-run of the PBS channel of "Independent Lens" episode titled "The Invisible War" which first aired on May 13th, 2013. It got my blood boiling and thus this hard nosed militant concept was born as a form of advocacy against rape within our military armed branches. "The Invisible War Episode" (Video Link) on PBS Basically what this blood boiling documentary portrayed was something far more sinister and endemic. Than what we typically all hear that goes on in the Catholic Church via the Vatican State. This is the bastard problem neglected for perhaps a generation or more in all of our honorable armed service military branches. We have serial sexual predators that often have high ranking collusion as accomplices to cover-up the act. The good old boy friendships that often victimize twice over both men and woman that report the incident within their chain of command. A chain of command that more often than not lacks the Honor and humane respect of their own soldiers, sailors, marines, and airmen. For nearly half of all reported rapes and sexual assaults are against men themselves. This is something we come to expect from Prisons among inmates, but from our own troops this is a vicious societal disease within such ranks. Here is a Department of Defense contracted advocacy group called RAINN (Rape Abuse Incest National Network). That works as an intake confidential humane organization with an anonymous hotline by phone and/or internet chat rooms. Regarding how Male Survivors of Rape are affected overall within the U.S. Armed Forces. "Can Men Be Sexually Assaulted?" (Link)                     I Quote:

Men and boys are often survivors of sexual assault. In fact, according to national statistics, about 8% of all victims are male1.

In the Department of Defense (DoD), 10% of the approximately 2,600 Service member victims in sexual assault investigations completed during fiscal year 2010 were male.2 However, an anonymous survey found that about one (1) percent of all men serving on active duty in 2010 were victims of some form of sexual assault.3

Gladly there is some recent good news since sometime in May of 2013 two elected veterans to our U.S. House of Representatives. Spearheaded an initiative to reform the military judicial code regarding on how they treat the growing incidents of rape within the Armed Services. They are Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D) of the State of Hawaii as a female veteran having served 2 tours in the Middle East and the 1st Hindu elected to Congress. And, Rep. Tammy Duckworth (D) of the State of Illinois arecipient of the Purple Heart as a double amputee from the legs down. She was Assistant Secretary of Veteran Affairs and holds a M.A. in International Affairs. Here are these dynamic duo on CNN's Candy Crowley show of "State of the Union" on May 16th, 2013. This is an 8 minute 23 second video for those interested. "Military Rape Prosecutions" (Video Link) Fast forward to Dec. 19th 2013 and it seems they were successful in our American Congress. As reported by the "Washington Post" by: Ed O'Keefe. "Congress approves reforms to address sexual assault, rape in military" (Link)            I Quote:

“I think the bill is a significant step forward,” Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.) said Thursday before the vote.

Such crimes have surged in recent years; the Pentagon estimates that 26,000 troops were assaulted or raped last year. But only a fraction of them, about 3,300, filed reports with military police or prosecutors in that time period.

Angered by the increase in cases and the lack of reporting them, Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) and Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) and a bipartisan coalition in the House drafted proposals to address the problem. There was particular outrage when an Air Force general stepped in to overturn the sexual-assault conviction of a star fighter pilot.

Their proposals are part of the annual defense policy bill that was passed 84 to 15 late Thursday in the Senate. The legislation would end the statute of limitations for cases of sexual assault or rape; bar military commanders from overturning jury convictions in sexual assault and rape cases; make it a crime to retaliate against people who report such crimes; mandate the dishonorable discharge or dismissal of anyone convicted of such crimes; and give civilian defense officials more control over prosecutions.

This is the good news. However we can't count our eggs before they've fully hatched. Thus the Raison d'etre to offer up a conclusive Watch Dog group to ensure none of these sexual predators and especially serial rapists. Escapes justice within the military courts or civilian judicial system if at all possible. For the previous barrier was a legal doctrine in 1950 called the "Feres Doctrine" that in short provides Sovereign Immunity to the United States government. From any liability of physical harm or death from negligence or incompetence done to a person serving in the military at that time. Now that the Congress has done a overhaul of the Military Judicial code in regards to the burgeoning incidents of rape in the military branches. The "Feres Doctrine" has become amended in short to bring to justice those prior criminals that never made it to prosecution in the military courts. Including those that did and just received a very weak punishment be it a misdemeanor charge or other bureaucratic slap on the wrist.

Believe it or not many of those that reported the rape as victims were often charged for adultery just because the son of a bitch rapist was married! It goes without saying that collusion from Commanders or other high ranking officers were covering up for a colleague as accomplices. My concept today of creating a "Miltary Anti-Rape Advocacy" watch dog group otherwise known as (MARA) for short. Would create a legal defense fund for victims of rape within the military or otherwise that are now discharged within civilian life. Additionally a "Hall of Shame" publication of those brave service men and woman that seek to stand in the public limelight to stand witness to the crimes perpetrated upon them. Naming their attackers in public that have escaped justice by slipping through the military judicial cracks. The "Hall of Shame" will only be highly vetted closed cases with all the proper bells and whistles of documentation. More over there would be a published "Watch List" given to local civilian and military law enforcement of rapists within their locality. Is a law that limits a defendant's ability to cross-examine rape complainants about their past sexual behaviour. The term also refers to a law that prohibits the publication of the identity of an alleged rape victim.

Both the "Hall of Shame" and the "Watch List" are akin to what local police departments provide publicly. About locally listed sexual predators living within your neighborhoods across America. In this case it will be this advocacy watchdog group providing it for local military bases and those rapists now in civilian life that have escaped justice. The publications will be put online and within printed publications as in the case of the "Hall of Shame" to the general public. The "Watch List" will be a secure database accessible by National Military Police departments, Federal law enforcement, and civilian law enforcement police departments. The "Hall of Shame" will be an annual printing per volume year resembling a hard bound encyclopedia book of rapists and their victims having disclosed their status openly. Be it a one time rapist or a serial rapist the "Hall of Shame" publication will also be sent to the rapists spouse if any and certainly their family. To the base commander and accomplices that covered-up the incident will get a very dishonorable mention in this dossier entry. Every year also the U.S. Congress elected officials and the U. S. President will receive a complimentary copy. To gauge in part how effective their overhaul of the military justice system in regards to rape is working or not. When the rapists enter civilian life their local neighborhood and workplace will receive leaflets of whom lives amongst them. Since if the United States Government can not be sued due to the "Feres Doctrine". Than sue in the civilian courts the now discharged veteran rapists for damages caused to the rape victims healthcare costs when the sexual assault is egregious in a physical handicap. For lost wages and overall mental / emotional suffering in a punitive manner. To basically make the veteran rapist highly radioactive. Even if it needs to go as far to sue the economically wealthy family because of a spoiled brat rapist thinking they can escape justice. (MARA) will be compromised of veteran retired legal professionals including former veteran tribunal judges, retired veteran military law enforcement if not including active duty legal personnel and serving military police branch personnel. Including but not limited to civilian judges active or retired as veterans. Civilian and criminal justice legal professionals and active service law enforcement of whatever sector be it Federal, State, or Local. (MARA) will also upon invitation go and educate law enforcement agencies and other groups in speaking engagements and/or workshops. As to the overall current plight of military rape as a societal disease not to dissimilar to the high incidents of military suicides, divorces, mental health issues, and other assorted crimes by service personnel. This will no doubt cause such an organization to be the target of civil lawsuits of defamation if not slander over the course of its own advocacy. Thus be it hired law firms or those of a pro bono status will be highly sought after to represent legally (MARA) and its victims of rape from within the military. Besides the formation of a legal defense fund it may be advisable to register their non-profit status internationally as well. Just in case it ever becomes threatened as being initially registered within the domicile of the United States. NATO forces as being Commanders are restricted as a conflict of interest from meddling in cases of rape reported within their units. This should be no different with in the U.S. Armed Forces however this was a bridge too far in the recent actions of the U.S.Congress to reform the military judicial system. Perhaps there may even be a clause within the Geneva Convention since the United States is a signatory to such a human rights legal wartime declaration. To protect its own military service personal from excessive undue harm within the military armed branches. Otherwise if (MARA) ever did see the light of day an embarrassing petition to the United Nations would humiliate the United States further to a course of corrective action. In the end the "Military Anti-Rape Advocacy" (MARA) is meant to create a Militant Shitstorm as Agitators. Seeking the Justice System to actually function on behalf of victims of rape within the Military or now having entered Civilian life as a whole.

Hello All, "Happy Valentine's Day"! Traditionally this is a celebration for couples however in an all inclusive spiritual universe. The definition of Lovers can be stretched a bit further to denote the faithful in God(dess). Be it Catholic Nuns that have taken "Jesus Christ" as their own bride groom in faith. If not Buddhist Nuns doing in kind with "Lord Buddha" himself in spirit. All whom love unconditionally fall loosely into the category of Lovers in my opinion. So today's celebratory post for "Saint Valentine's Day" will include a trio of "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statements from Volume 2. One on the topic of Lovers and two additional ones on Love itself. So please enjoy as you celebrate love in all its blessed forms by the sanctity of the presence of God in our midst. Lovers: When two lovers gaze into each others star gazed eyes. Both Heaven and Earth pass away from their own combined reality. Jewels of Truth Statement: "To Be Reborn Once More With God"

Hello All, A Happy Blessed Easter to all Christians around the globe. Besides a hearty celebration of Passover that will be concluding in two days for the Jews. Today's "Jewels of Truth" spiritual wisdom statement is on the topic of "Being". As in a Divine or Spiritual Being as a spiritual form of the soul itself. This statement is #1705 in the series written about eleven days ago or so originally. Today's topic merely focuses on Being hood as an entity of the "Holy Spirit" we all are in a macro sense belong in origin to and with God. No matter our faith tradition on this Earth be it spiritual, religious, or a divine inspired philosophy. We are with God and God is with us. Whether there be sanctified intercessors as avatars or prophets in a faith tradition we are all one in the essence of God himself. So please enjoy in reflecting on today's topic since in truth I didn't write it in reminder of the famous English playwright "Shakespeare". It just accidentally happened that way in regarding of the phrase of "To Be" in all innocence. Still it doesn't detract in the least as you'll soon find out with this spiritual wisdom statement. Many more have given plausible answers and others yet still have remained clueless in their responses. Our existence can be a blessing or a curse depending on how we treat our perceptions. By how we live in our shared environments on this planet Earth. The predominant classical response is varied but for simplicities sake we came "To Be" once more. The "I Am" wanted "To Be" once more in Creation as a whole expression of life plural. In such a being that it may come to know itself / himself / herself through its fellow creations represented in the multiplicity of the totality of life itself. "To Be" the "I Am" is the simplest answer. Yet "To Be" the "I Am" we are not the whole expression known as God(dess) in humanity alone. We are just a spiritual speck of the whole essence of God. So in order to rejoin with the whole "I Am that I Am" as revealed to the "Prophet Moses" peace be upon him. We must seek like elements of his benevolent almighty "Divine Will". According to his majestic and generous life affirming role to remind us of his eternal glory in truth. We who adore God by the holy sanctity of such a timeless truth must ensure for all generations to follow. To facilitate such a beauty for the sake of developing past our ill conceived fragmented human identities alone as living eternal souls. So as to recall our supreme unity with the Divine totality of it all in the whole "I Am" in order "To Be" again. The best recourse we can use "To Be" again is to express our purest nature as unconditional Love itself in its truest essence. So we Love in dignity one another, we serve respectfully one another within the limits of our human mortality. We continue to become self-aware in compassionate understanding of good and of evil in the world. We seek wisdom and knowledge to live fuller lives in order to better ourselves as we each individually and collectively see fit. We harm no one, especially ourselves in the course of our existence as mortal beings. We continue to worship God(dess) by whatever faith tradition that gives us the most joy and sustenance as living people and as truly dynamic souls in God. By these few ideals we welcome our chances to promote a richer environment for the willing that seek to live in harmony with the "I Am that I Am". Any rules, regulations, laws, and by laws are only meant as a means to find such an expression for an optimal function of communal or societal peace in an imperfect world. Self policing or discipline is a necessary practice in order to enshrine a safer place for all with restraint for the agents of justice. Hello All, Tis' the season of remembrance of recalling what is important in our personal lives. Not to forget our loved ones be they blood relatives or friends that live in our hearts like family. It was only three months ago we cherished our lives during the festive holidays of the end of the year. Today allow me to remind all of you what is dearest to everyone of you. In order to offer a sincere affection and to become open in spirit to receive the kindness of others be they known or strangers to you personally. With wisdom comes a much needed faculty of discernment and thus two of this month's statements. Ask you the reader to respect caution and to avoid lies in order to receive a greater good from life itself. May you find clarity of thought and reason in the following statements. Thank you for your readership here at "Atrayo's Oracle". --------------------------------------------------- Caution: 1033) There are once great evils that have been forgotten throughout the ages. Often times it is best to leave them buried if it were to cause a greater turmoil in the present era. Since such a great evil would be nearly impossible to reconcile with the people of the day at large. Where no peace will ever be found even after attempting to heal and forgive the total harm that has been caused. Only in ignorance is truly bliss found for the righteous people of the land. However for lesser evils yet still committed by an individual or a group. Whether it is by ideological or nationalistic fervor it shall always need the antiseptic of the Light of day of public awareness. Lest history repeats itself once more with another set of horrors that could have been averted with a proper dose of foresight. Sometimes when a buried evil is brought to the light of common awareness. It shall have the effect of a mixed blessing of releasing a burden that has long been carried alone for far too long. For such an occurrence then patience, compassionate understanding, and due diligence are the factors to make amends in reality. Be it when permission is granted to correct such a mistake or crime in reversing the harm by the damage that has been inflicted to the victims. If the correction can't be offered due to the restraints of time or circumstance than move onward with dignity in your hearts. With ample measures of forgiveness applied not to forget the lesson forced upon you. But to release the moral anguish and painful burdens that must be surrendered for the sake of your own sanity in healing. Go on your way to teach others the evils that have been committed unto you for those willing to listen. Counsel them with compassion and wisdom not to fall prey to such ill minded persons in their future. When a great good has in turn been forgotten by the ages of yore. Lies by the extent of scale from the minor to the greatest are false instruments used to manipulate a person or an audience at large. Be wary of soothsayers that seek only to trick you with poor counsel benefiting their agenda alone. Feeding you garbage of half-truths that will only sabotage your good from your life in the end. Deception and paranoia are the tools of the wicked in order to herd the innocent into places they would otherwise avoid through common sense. The empowered sense of charisma of a liar will only lead them to a place of shallow self-worth. The illusions brought forward by the lies uttered become heavier with each layer of wrong doing applied. Seek always the truth as far as you are willing and able to accept it in your own lives. All manner of lies will only lead you ultimately no-where if used profusely or into worse predicaments. Being true to oneself no matter the opinion of others will be your own personal salvation. Manipulation or exploitation by loved ones is a far worse pain than if committed by strangers. Stand upright in your heart allowing you the courage to step into the great unknown. The journey of life is gradual, but the sojourn back to God is instantaneous by surrendering your ego to pursue the "Will of God" instead.
