Danny is missing son of Lois and Clark Danny is same age As Dick That made Dani their Grandchild

After a fight against one of his villains, Superman's son was kidnapped by them. He wasn't able to find his boy, so he and Lois thought for years that he was dead.

Amnestic Danny was found by the loving Fenton parents, who took him in. The magic attack made his kryptonian DNA weaker, but he was still strong. Jack said he was as strong as him! His new dad seems to be a meta. Danny loved his new life in Amity Park, and after the portal, he was turned into a Kryptonian/Ghost Hybrid. 

Danny Phantom was born. The years are going all normal.

Bruce looked at the computer as he called Clark.

"This is about Damian's new friend; she is weak to kryptonite, and the DNA test shows she is related to you."

Clark:"A new Clone? I got better after Conner."

Bruce. "No, she has your and Lois DNA; you know what that means."

Clark:" He is alive, and I and Lois are grandparents." We missed so much."

Danny is a Fae at Starbucks

So! Danny works by Fae Rules, Names and all, but he has no idea about that because he was forced to run away from Home (and the Ghost portal) before his Ghostly Education could be completed.

He runs to Gotham and eventually gets a job at Starbucks, or some other Cafe.

He has to ask the question "Could I get your name please?" A LOT while working there. And unintentionally steals hundreds of Names by the end of his first day, much less a week or a month into his job.

One day, Constantine visits Gotham for a Meeting with Batman, but by the time he gets to the Meeting Point he has bigger issues to discuss.

"Why the hell does half of your City belong to a Fae Lord?!"

I have seen every family member be Danny reincarnated but I offer this Danny is Bernard.  This can go two ways: Danny has had his memories for years or he gets his memories due to a plot against him.

I personally like Danny having his Memories the entire time. Danny going into the cult that had him reunite with Tim as a way to shut it down. Danny sees the signs of teen vigilantism straight away which makes him a lot more understanding in the relationship when it comes to Secrets and excuses. It would be funny if Danny just never mentions that he's a reincarnated superhero ghost not because he doesn't want to tell Tim but just because it gets to a point where they've been together so long he forgot he didn't tell Tim.

Danny is a clone; his parents had closely monitored and tracked his DNA donor carefully, until they were able to get ahold of some hair and blood. He's a clone of Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman only finds out after Danny donates his blood for a medical experiment for extra cash, and the genetic testing they do on it pings one of Batman's many, many programs.

The joke that the bats see their contingency plans as a form of love is super fucking funny, don't get me wrong but honestly they probably do see it as that cause they just forget to say the second part out loud.

"after I've taken you down, obviously I'd find whatever made you like this and then find the cure."

They come from gotham where mind altering substances are basically everywhere. One of the most profound ways a gothamite could say 'i care about you' is admitting to having a plan to disarm/capture you in the case you go off the deep end, so that they could then get you a cure.

Unfortunately for the bats, no one else thinks like that cause what the actual fucks guys
