I'm 99% sure that the Collector's name is either gonna be revealed or they're gonna be given a name in the finale.
So far, I think his name could be Prince because it links to King and because of those Little Prince references in FTF.
Well, it is the aromantic awareness week and I'm obsessing over my aroace queen Lulu Clawthorne, so I decided to draw her and I really wanted her to interact with her cool niece again. I imagine that Lilith came out as aroace to her family and Luz immediately got her some pins and introduced her to respective terms. Also, Lilith’s season 3 design gives me some Luz vibes with the hood, more fantasy aesthetic (compared to Eda) and her hair length. I just love these two interacting.

Honestly, got reminded of the hug picture and I immediately thought of Luz, Eda, and Lilith. I imagine that Eda and Luz share a hug during their reunion and Lilith just joins in, overwhelmed with emotions. I can't wait for the reunion in Watching And Dreaming. Also, the only reason why I didn't include King is that I'm not yet confident to draw him; I've never been good at drawing non-humanoid characters.I love the Clawthorne girls tbh.
Everyone keeps saying that Lilith was forgiven too easily, which is fair. But like...when was she actually forgiven? What is the exact moment she was fully forgiven? Cause letting her stay at the Owl House doesn't equal forgiveness. Letting someone be around you doesn't equal forgiveness. Befriending someone does not equal forgiveness.
We actually don't have a confirmed moment, do we? Which might be on purpose.
I personally think that Eda didn't fully forgive her during season 2. They might've had a talk about it during those few months before FTF. But until season 3 Lilith wasn't fully forgiven by Eda.

It's been over a week since the trailer came out and this image still haunts me.
I imagine that Lilith was protecting Eda, like knocking her out of the way or getting between her and the moon thingy.
I'd love to draw it, but I'm not sure if I have the motivation.

So, as I mentioned in my previous post. Lilith being turned into a puppet because she's protecting Eda cause I need that in my life!
Like Lilith is willing to do anything to protect Eda to make up for the curse; she tried taking her place during the DoU and was only stopped by the plot.
Also bonus angst: Reminder that Eda has abandonment issues as seen in Eda's Requiem, so taking away another and one of the last two people she had for months would be a huge blow.

During Covention Lilith tells Eda: "I'm mentoring the next generation of powerful witch students into the world."
And what does Eda do after the time skip? She's the headmaster of a wild magic university!!! MENTORING THE NEXT GENERATION OF POWERFUL WITCH STUDENTS INTO THEIR WORLD!!!

I screamed during that part if anyone's wondering.
I like to think that the Clawthornes (found family included) once had a big family dinner where Eda announced that her and Raine are getting married, Lilith announced that she wants Hooty to be officially a Clawthorne and be adopted as her and Eda's brother and Gwen and Dell announced that they're adopting Hunter.
Bonus points if they couldn't agree on who speaks first and they all ended up blurting it out at the same time.
Post Belos' defeat Hooty is the one to suggest that the Owl House is used as the new portal door. Now, because of that the Owl Family doesn't exactly have a place to stay at, so Eda, Raine, King, Lilith and Hooty all start living together at least for a while.
I'd pay so much to see the chaos of four Clawthornes and Raine (soon-to-be a Clawthorne) interacting on the daily and just sharing one home.
Watching and Dreaming spoilers
Just some random headcanons for season 3 (a lot of my Lilith bias is gonna show):
Eda and Lilith did have the big talk about everything between S2 and S3. They both finally opened up about a lot of things and that's when Eda actually forgave Lilith for cursing her.
Eda's haircut was somewhat of a result of a breakdown. Lilith offered to fix it a bit, but Eda refused. Meanwhile, Lilith got her hair cut after the big talk with Eda and she's the one who suggested it to get rid of her past self.
Lilith's glasses got broken when dealing with Owl Beast Eda. She can't see well, but she does see better than Raine did without theirs.
The first puppet to be freed by the Collector was Lilith. She panicked at first cause she remembered what happened in Eda's nightmare. She even quickly checked her hair to be sure it's still ginger.
During her conversation with Amity, the first thing Lilith did was apologize for what happened at the Covention. Amity told her that she was actually grateful for it since it gave a chance to talk to Luz.
Darius' abomination goop tied Odalia's shoes together once they both were turned back.
Steve questioned the Hexsquad about Matt and his safety.
Amity was so excited to introduce Alador and Camila to each other and did it right in front of Odalia on purpose.
She also introduced Lilith to Camila as well.
Mike Socks (Lilith's palisman) has been hiding in Lilith's hood this whole time.
Luz told Camila about Eda being a criminal, but only the sense that extended to Belos' Coven laws. Hooty was to one to mention Eda's other crimes, making the Owl Family very nervous, but Camila was very accepting and didn't mind Eda's other crimes.
Hooty was the one to suggest to make the Owl House and his door the new portal door.
Hooty and Luz love Lilith's new style.
During the Owl Family reunion at the Owl House, Stringbean transformed into a bird.
Luz drew her Titan form for the rest of the Hexsquad to see.
The Hexsquad parents all thanked Camila for taking care of the kids and did a bunch of small favors for her.
Luz introduced the Boiling Isles to the LGBTQ+ community and a bunch of people started wearing colors of their flag thanks to that.
Might think of more stuff later on.

Whenever Lilith has a nightmare, she sobs in her sleep, makes her little annoyed sounds and sometimes calls out names depending on the dream. Every time she wakes up, she sees Hooty staring at her, prepared with a cup of tea, scaring her even after years of doing that.
Whenever Hooty has a nightmare, he makes loud noises that wake Lilith up. She pets his head and after S3 even talks to him to comfort him and then hugs him when he wakes up.
Still thinking about Lilith moving into the Owl House again post WAD.
I like to think that despite not being required to be part of the door (and only being able to be part of it when the portal isn't active) Hooty's emotional attachment to the house stays for a bit and he decides to live in the Owl House as porta Hooty. If Hooty's staying, Lilith is required to stay as cause those two are definitely inseparable after the puppet thing.
And after spending months having basically just one another, the Clawthorne sisters are inseparable as well. Eda is in no way opposed to the idea of Lilith living with them again.
Hooty likely has no idea that Lilith was turned into a puppet despite him trying so hard to protect her!
And she was also turned twice! HE TRIED SO HARD THE FIRST TIME AND IT DIDN'T MATTER!!!
There is no way anyone told him!
PS: Hooty definitely has nightmares about not being able to protect Lilith and she has nightmares about him sacrificing himself for her.
I would like to remind everyone of the fact that Hooty's last individually spoken word (so "surprise" and "bye" don't count) in the show is "Lulu".
Even if we don't count his puppet self, it is still "Lulu"! I'm gonna cry because this damn magical tapeworm and his middle-aged nerd bestie!
Not me only now realizing the parallels! LILITH CUPPING THE FACE OF ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN HER LIFE WHILE ON HER KNEES AND LOOKING THEM IN THE EYES, WORRIED SICK AND FULL OF GUILT HAPPENED TWICE AND I'M SUPPOSED TO BE OKAY WITH THAT?! Two middle-aged bird sisters and a magical tapeworm making me cry again.
The silly little owl show making me cry again!
