Very self indulgent Magnus Archives Timelord AU.
- Gertrude Robinson is the previous regeneration of the Time Lord known as The Archivist
- The Archivist (Gertrude) had several companions who are all her canon archive assistants
- The Archivist’s sonic is a Lighter
-Tell me Michael Shelley’s fate isn’t some tragic companion level shit, you can’t
- Gerard Keay is trapped something reminiscent of the Lux Foundation Library Data Core, as opposed to a actual book
- Annabelle Cane is a Gallifreyan Time Lady and has a magnificent spider web collar
- Jonah Magnus is the most common alias of the rouge Time Lord known as The Pupil, his regenerations are just his canon bodies
- Peter Lukas is The Pupil’s on and off again traveling companion
- Daisy and Basira are called in after the phrase “The Archivist” is picked up on emergency call in the same vein as the emergency system in Aliens one London
- Section 31 officers occupy the same space as UNIT
- Most of the actual statements and events could straight up just be doctor who episodes, just substitute out “aliens” for “weird stuff”
- Tim, Sasha, Not!Sasha, Martin, Basira and Melanie are all companions, Daisy and Georgie tag along sometimes but not often
- Melanie King still very much runs a ghost hunting show, and I honestly can’t believe that hasn’t been the premise for an actual Doctor Who companion yet
- The Archivist (Jon) can’t really remember what their previous regeneration was doing because they (Gertrude) locked their memories in an attempt to sabotage The Pupil
- Martin steps up and introduces himself as, and stands in for, The Archivist several times when The Archivist is unavailable
- The Forsaken is a pocket dimension
- Trevor and Julia use the Library as a trap to lure in supernatural creatures and are reoccurring characters because I said so

Day 15 of doing a little doodle for every episode of the Magnus archives, until I get bored. I am so happy with this one, might be one of my favorite doodles I’ve done so far. I played a lot of Minecraft as a child.
I made a graph of my alignments based on a WHOLE bunch of quizzes I took, each “one” is a different quiz. This isn’t the most accurate as I tend to view myself as aligned to the Eye, the Spiral, and then Vast in third, but it was fun to take overall.

Im back with another rambling my thoughts paragraph. Something else that I find kind of interesting is how uninvolved the Buried is with the story as far as I’m aware despite how common of a fear claustrophobia is. Jon’s Buried mark was instigated by B&H delivering the coffin, and we don’t ever meet anyone who’s confirmed as an avatar of the Buried as far as I’m aware. I’ve heard theories that the place that the new main characters of The Magnus Protocol work at is going to be aligned with the Buried like the institute was with the Eye, so ig we’ll just have to wait and see.
