pairing: bts x 8th member!reader [platonic]

summary:  This is a bit weid but could you make a scenario with a bit of fantasy and using th e prompt 218. In which the reader is a shape shifter. But only bts knows about it and try to keep it a secret. so during a livestream fans ask the members about the crab that sometimes appears during a stream or about the video of that one time a goose was sleeping on their couch , ect.

warnings: idk if this was supposed to be 8th mem but i wrote it like that because it’s gonna go there on my masterlist anyway, nothing really i just think it’s funny

218. “That’s a terrible idea.”

No one but your brothers knew that you had the ability to change forms, and it was important that you kept it that way. However, even though it was supposed to be a secret, you couldn’t help but have your own fun with him. Shifting made you tired, but if you didn’t shift at least somewhat regularly your bones would be in pain. 

So you always decided to take the best of both worlds and shift randomly. You never focused too hard and what you turned into at first, but that had to change when Jin found you in his bed as a tarantula.  You tried to be careful where you shifted, but sometimes, it just wasn’t happening. Especially if you had already shifted and fallen asleep in your other form. 

Joon smiled at the camera for his live, frowning at the same question that kept coming up in the comments. “Why is there a bear cub on the cou-” he read out loud, before his eyes widened and he turned to look. He let out a relieved sigh at the sight of you, sprawled out and fast asleep. Turning back to the camera, he just brushed it off. “That’s just a stuffed bear. You guys scared me.”

The only problem was that it happened far too often for you to leave it alone. “Okay, but what if I transform into a baby one of these days?” 

Taehyung frowned. “That’s a terrible idea. How would we explain that one? What if you get stuck?” You pretended not to hear him as you tried to decide which of your brothers to bother with your idea, when you heard Jin messing around in the kitchen. You giggled before shifting, leaving a baby you in clothes way too big for you in the spot you had been standing. 

You babbled as you crawled into the kitchen and over to your eldest brother, chewing on his pant leg until he looked down at you. “Oh, you have to be kidding me,” he groaned, leaning down to pick you up. “Y/N, come on, change back.”

You just babbled happily up at him, grabbing his hair to tug on it, and he shook his head to take you to Namjoon. He dropped you in the man’s lap with a stern, “I am not babysitting her this time. I did it when she was a goose.”

He walked back out of the room and Namjoon smiled down at you and you played with his hand. “What are we going to do with you?” He teased in a sweet voice, tickling you. “You’re still grounded when you shift back.”
