Oh god it's true, it's so so true. That moment of Gambit saying 'Gambit never tell anyone this before...Gambit loves you' was emblazoned in my mind for all eternity ❤️
I keep seeing parallels between Frenchie and Gambit, and between Kimchie and Romy even, and I've realised my brain will just subconsciously seek out the most Gambit/Rogue-coded characters available over and over 😄 (though those four are by far my favourite examples!)
