Sonic and Shadow are know as the most accomplished thieves in the country. One day on one of their runs they find two female thieves running with their latest heist. When they finally catch up they find only one female in an alley, pink quills and emerald eyes and the sweetest smile.
"Hello boys, I'm glad my partner and I caught your eye." Sonic is smitten and Shadow is cautious. But slowly as she joins them in heists they all fall in love.
All the while Amy and Rouge have their own mission. They are under cover police trying to catch the sticky fingered hedgehogs. They actually recognize both hedgehogs from their childhoods. Amy being friends with Sonic for a short time before she had to leave after her parents passed away. Rouge knows Shadow from her time as a young police officer, recognizing him as a homeless youth who had always seemed to be in the worst spot at the worst time. Both women care for those boys and want them to put their knowledge to good use, but fear they will be hunted for the rest of their lives.
Amy while working with the boys slowly begins to harbor romantic feelings for both hedgehogs, Sonic for his free spirit and his outlook on the little things in life and Shadow because of his level headedness and his kind heart.
*Rouge doesn't have a major role in this idea of mine, more of her dealing with her own drama in the background, two boys having her affection but not poly that being Knuckles and Espio.
*Shadow is the first to realize his feelings for Amy
*Shadow and Sonic kind of have a fabulous type thing as they can't sit still for too long but they both tend to not look for other partners when they realize what they have going is good.
Shadow should've waited til they were out of Amys sight. 🤣

It’s been awhile since I’ve drawn Sonic characters, let alone written fan fiction about them 🫣 but I’m currently obsessed so gotta dive head deep into my hyper fixation.
I’ve started a new fanfic called ‘The New Wave Ultimate Lifeform’. It’s an aged up au that’s very focus heavy on SonShadAmy. More so Sonamy and Shadamy than Sonadow but I plan on having moments of all three ships sprinkled in there ✨ I don’t want to give away spoilers, but the title of the fanfic kinda gives the story away 😉
My goal is for each chapter I’ll draw my favourite moment from it, posting it here to tumblr so I can gain up my drawing abilities. If you’re interested in giving the first chapter a read you can do so on AO3 and Wattpad
