PDH hc that Laurance has a shitbox car that he got off of facebook marketplace and he picks Garroth up everyday for school in it, and it's got a bunch of empty beer cans from their random late night hnag outs and they leave them in the back so they don't get caught drinking when the cand appear in their trash bins at home, and other random shit that he can't be fucked cleaning up.

Lets (non-scientifically) see if american schools are uniquely bad at teaching.

I keep seeing americans talk about how awful their education system is and I really have to wonder. Is it uniquely bad? Or do we just disproportionately hear american voices here on tumble dot com?

okay me personally the classes i had taught me a lot all of my teachers were really great and i think my education was pretty well rounded but OKAY so there was this one history teacher and she was actually fucking awful she was a bad teacher and i never met a single person who liked her she was bad at teaching history and she was rude to all of her students so yk its possible for good education and bad education to exist at the same time at the same school like it really depends more on the teacher than anything there was another teacher the honors physics teacher was fucking awful he was sooo bad at teaching but i had to go to summer school to make up the credit for that class and the teacher i had in summer school was really great there was one chem teacher that sucked and one that was fucking amazing ehat im saying is that idk what im syaing honestly this got away from me tldr education is a spectrum some teachers are really great and some are awful going to one school or another doesnt change that

If you haven't already I highly recommend fire force. This a fucking trip that each new chapter at the end left me smiling n saying "what the fuck??" And the ending is beautiful if you are familiar with the artists previous work. I won't spoil it but reading it lead me to say "fire force is a god damn masterpiece" multiple times. Enjoy :3
