I really wish I could show non-metal fans what they're missing out on, because it's such a wild genre that can barely contain its own creativity.
which is why music snobs piss me off so, so much. "Name 5 metal bands" bitch shut the fuck up and let me enjoy myself. your metal and my metal are not the same thing.
seriously though, please go check out smaller metal bands. there are so many that are just spectacular, and if I find any of you lot trying to say someone's enjoyment is "wrong", I will personally cave your head in with a desk lamp

since I went to a bmth live concert I've really been thinking about this
and yes I know it's considered bland and generic music
but their concert was a fucking amazing experience
and it got me into my new favourite band that I had never heard of until they played the opening act at the concert
