The second panel shows Danny telling Vlad he can't park here, while Vlad, annoyed, looks at him through the rolled-down window of his cybertruck. The third panel shows Vlad with a smug look on his face pointing at a sticker in the corner of his windshield which has the handicapped symbol on it. Danny looks confused. The fourth panel shows Vlad with a smug grin pointing at his cane. Danny rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. There are lots of little drawings of Danny to represent what he's thinking, showing him being very dramatic and embbarrassed. the final panel shows a newspaper with the headline "INVISI-BILL TAUNTS THE DISABLED!" There is a picture of a very dramatically upset Vlad on the front page, with the caption "'HE WAS SO MEAN TO ME,' VLAD MASTERS, VICTIM" underneath the image.

It's easy to forget your arch-nemesis needs a cane because of his chronic joint pain when he beats you to a pulp every other week...
