Zwei Ishmael release review:

Zwei Ishmael is very good, an excellent tank (likely the best in the game), and is incredibly self sufficient.

See bottom for more in depth review.

Skill 1:

[On Use]: Gain +3 aggro next turn, Gain up to 3 defence level up (+1 defence level for every 2 tremor count on self, 6 Tremor count for full effect) Gains up to 2 base power (+1 base power for every +4 defence level on self, +8 needed for full effect)

[Coins]: Inflict +2 Tremor count (+1 [c1] +1[c2]) Gain +4 defence level next turn(+2 [c1] +2[c2])

Rolls for 11 at base rolls for 13 (at +8 defence level)

No tremor count gain(s), +2 tremor count inflicted Up to +4 defence level gained next turn +3 defence level gained same turn

Skill 2:

[On Use]: Gain +5 aggro Gain up to 5 defence level up (+1 defence level for every 2 tremor count on self, 10 count required for full effect) At 4+ defence level gain +1 coin power. Gain +3 Tremor count on clash win.

One of three ways to gain tremor count on this ID, being +3 for winning a clash, fairly effective for what this skill is. The only odd thing is the same turn attack power down, as she will commonly be the slowest ID in the team, so unless she is targeted by many attacks in a targeted selection battle this will rarely be used.

Skill 3:

[On use]: Gain up to 5 defence level based on self tremor (+1 for every 2 tremor count on self, 10 count for max effect) If this unit is in Defensive Stance, deal +70% increased damage. This skill can roll: 17 (base) 20 (+4 defence level) 23 (+8 defence level) 26 (+12 defence level) 29 (+16 defence level)

this is an extremely powerful skill; This skill does not rely on consuming tremor count in order to be fully effective, however still gains greatly from having it.

Defence Skill:

Clashable Guiard: Combat start: Gain 2 Defensive Stance, (once per turn) On use: Gain +10 Tremor count Clash Win: Trigger tremor burst

This skill rolls for 15 without accounting for bonus defence level This skill has an unbreaking coin

Passive:

At combat start, gain defence level up equal to self tremor count (max 5); If in Defensive stance, double the defence level gained from this passive (max 10)

Defensive Stance:

Max Value (Duration): 2 This effect's value does not affect the given effects only the duration. Reduced by one at round end.

This units speed is fixed to the minimum natural value (4) This unit gains +5 defence level This unit cannot be staggered by damage On clash win, this unit triggers tremor burst When assigning skills, this unit may redirect enemy skills regardless of speed value(s) This unit's skill slot(s) gain +10 aggro, spread across all slots (eg. +5 aggro if 2 slots, +3(?) if 3)

Evaluation:

God bless ishmael, this ID (other than being attractive) is likely the best tank ID in the game; Due to her ability to redirect skills of any speed value, the downside of fixing her speed to its lowest value does not effect her usage, adding to this, her minimum natural speed value is already higher than most tanks, as her speed range is 4-6.

Using her defence skill will grant most every conditional of her skill(s) 1/2, as it grants +10 tremor count, +5 defence level (not defence level up), and +10 Defence level up if passive is active, meaning that ish is able to maintain all the effects she needs extremely effectively.

adding onto this, she has an extremely powerful skill 3, being able to roll ~30 for virtually free, due to the aforementioned +10 defence level up from passive (during defensive stance) and her skill 3 being able to gain +5 defence level on its own WITH THE TREMOR COUNT THAT HER DEFENCE SKILL PROVIDES

not to even mention her clashable guard, blockma returns it seems because my god, i can already hear the stagger noise every time she deflects an attack.

the City setting in Project Moon's works is great because it starts you off with a bunch of fantastical monsters and then it goes surprise! it was all science fiction this whole time! and gives you fucked up scifi explanations for all of it (specifically referring to abnormalities being drawn from the collective human subconscious here instead of actually coming from the places their observation logs say they do) and then it's just like haha we've tricked you again there are actual vampires in the city. the dark forest with the apocalypse bird trio is a real place. the healing technology is nanobots? wrong! it's actually tears we got from this giant crying eyeball. how did that eyeball come into existence? some guy wished upon a star. with the AI Ethics Amendment and the thing about all non-humans being banished to the Outskirts I mistakenly drew the conclusion that "non-humans" just meant "artificial intelligence" but nah they straight up got gnomes out there. also airplanes don't exist
