The Messiah

"Summoned to a self contained digital universe, a young child named Niko, with catlike features and eyes, waking up, learns about their role as 'the messiah'. And begins their journey, a pilgrimage, to restore the world's long dead sun." This is the story of ONESHOT , a Puzzle Adventure developed by the indie Team "Future Cat".

This game has been on my wishlist for a while and I finally started to give it a shot (no pun intended). And what can I say....I fell in love with this game imediately. So much so , that I had to draw Niko and their Sun and I tried to capture my impression of this game (so far). I haven't beaten the game yet but I am looking forward to finish it soon. In my opinion it's one of those games that really deserves the term "Underrated"

Niko is also one of the few characters (aside from Undertales Papyrus) where I say "MUST PROTECC!"

every few months i'm reminded of "Niko but they can beat me up"

Wall-E from Wall-E vs. Niko from Oneshot and Madeline from Celeste.

All 3 of them are way too wholesome and sweet to try and kill each other. But if it came down to it, I genuinely think it would result in a draw. Madeline would dash out of the way of any attacks, Wall-E’s laser, while powerful, probably couldn’t kill anyone, and Niko is literally a child.

Unless of course Badeline shows up. Then the other two are toast.
