It's my birthday!
Here's a selection of birthday-celebrating drawings I've done over the past few years, while I work on one to celebrate mine and my twin's twenty-seventh!
(The only notable think about these is that the race car and bear slime in last year's art were inspired by my own little sister's birthday card. She's a wonderful artist! And probably better than me...)

PS: i also got a request for a Kain Highwind fancam. Didn’t notice the request up until recently so I’ll do my best to work on it and finish it asap :)
I posted this to the wrong blog but you guys asked questions so I’m leaving it (also because it has an amusing story about my brother)
To be honest all the discussions of math in this series (Temeraire) are just the best thing EVER. The scene at the fundraiser party where some of the human guests were asking him really easy math questions (and he assumed it was a party game and provided them with what he thought was a similarly easy math question dealing with the Pythagorean theorem) reminded me SO MUCH of my brother. The way I remember the story is that he was brought in for a short interview with the principle before enrolling in our school for kindergarten. The principle (who, to be fair, had no understanding of children) was told that my brother had some math skills and he tested this by asking some simple questions. My brother answered him easily and, totally innocently, asked why he was needed to provide these answers because shouldn’t the principle already know them?
The silence is very loud
Also, I did a little reference sketch today, Bc my anatomy started to really suck lately, so I will be so nice and also give you this sketch if you ever need it. OwO

guess who made their first free hand crochet project!!! this guy took a LOT outta me, yarn and time wise, but it taught me a lot about how crochet works and how to make designs!!! ive always wanted to make a mettaton doll, and i've finally got the skills! ps dont ask for the pattern because i didnt write notes for half of this sorry

My brother is one of the best people I’ve ever met and I am so eternally grateful for him. He is so kind-hearted and will always lend a hand to me if I need it. He dropped everything to help me turn stuff in on time for school. He’s always there to bounce silly ideas off of and lend a helping hand and a good book recommendation. He’s graduating this year and I wanted to wish him the best of luck on the path fate has set for him. Thank you so much for being the best older brother anyone could ask for. And thank you for being the best pod persons human ever! I love you so much!!
