Fun little Megaman ZX/Advent headcanon that I had:

The reason Vent referred to Giro as "Boss" so much is because he slipped up and kept calling him "Dad" at work. Aile and Sho kept teasing him about it, so he made himself call Giro "Boss" in lieu and it stuck.
