33. Where do they find meaning in their life?

Honestly, for Lala, fighting is the only thing that has meaning anymore in her life… or at least that’s what she keeps telling herself. She always mentions how much thrill and excitement fighting gives her, how it makes her feel alive— that is not a lie, however, that’s also not the entire truth.

In actuality, she enjoys and at the same time laments the fact that it’s literally the only thing that she’s mostly known and honed. 

It’s in her nature to be dominant and take challenges, which is why she’s secretly frustrated at others and at the same time is jealous of anyone who doesn’t feel like they’re shackled to anything despite usually looking like she doesn’t really give a damn about anything.

(Note: The Lala you see is actually her before enrolling into NRC- around, like, a year ago or so-- meaning this is her during her fighting champion days)

“It’s already been nearly a decade, huh. Time sure does fly fast. .... I’m already free, unbound by anything, stronger than I used to be but.... why does it feel like I’m still chained by something?”

This was some time before Shir finally found her again and they had their little death match.

For almost nine years, Lala never felt really.... satisfied, by the freedom she granted herself by running away from her clan. Even gaining recognition from “the underground” for being [the strongest], and despite the thrills and excitement she experienced from fighting..... 

It all felt rather hollow at the end of the day.

New Year’s Celebration outfits for the January Birthday Trio!! 

(Raneus was their main designer and tailor; though the ones who paid to have their kimonos made were --REDACTED TO FOLLOW WITH PRIVACY AND SAFETY REGULATIONS FOR THE CLIENTS AS PER RAN’S “ORDERS”--)

Happy birthday!!! I got gifts for these sweeties and I hope they like! For Berebis it's a cat sized body pillow stuffed with dried lavender, Lala gets a pair of shiny knuckle rings (that I hope she doesn't use to punch with), and Viviane it's a music box that plays Part Of Your World!!

“Mmm.... not bad. You have good tastes. The pillow is even a cat, and they’re always nice. Rating is 10 out of 10.... zzzz~.”

“Heee~h. Usually I’m not one to wear these types of things, but since they ARE a gift, I’ll gladly take them. Now, to find someone to test them on... hehe, it was only a joke~.”

♥ (01) Is your OC in love? If so, with whom, and for how long?

Honestly speaking, some of them are like,,, either in denial, just flat-out not thinking of/interested in love, or even just oblivious to the idea of love so this was kind of a challenge ehehehe that and its honestly embarrassing to ship my OCs even with any canon charas that isnt in a platonic view úwù;;;;

Lala-Phula Tigris -> Jack Howl

Lala isn’t one for “romance” or “love”, seeing such things as unnecessary and for the weak, along with being rather stunted in the emotional department due to her own life circumstances. 

So it should be to no one’s surprise that when she develops a “liking” to Jack Howl, she becomes utterly confused, perplexed, and kind of lost with her own feelings. 

Considering she herself doesn’t even know fully about her feelings towards Jack, along with fervently DENYING them, Lala doesn’t know when exactly she developed her crush on him. 

All Lala knows is that, whenever she so much as looks or is even his presence, then she feels the urge to either pummel Jack or just be unable to look at him. 

Sometimes she ends up lashing out at either Leona, Ruggie, MC, Grim, Ace, and/or Deuce in order to relieve her frustrations and confused feelings. Leona considers it a huge annoyance , Ruggie’s (sadly) gotten used to it but is still really annoyed, the idiot trio and MC are all just screaming “WHY?!”.

Viviane Genov -> Azul Ashengrotto

Viviane, on the contrast, is... complicated, to say the least. She is a certified airhead, but she isn’t dumb-- both in the emotional and the smarts department. 

She herself KNOWS that she likes Azul... but she doesn’t know which form of [like] is it. Or to be more specific, she’s VERY oblivious to her own crush on him. 

Vivi’s liked Azul since their first year, but that was only as a friend. She hasn’t even realized (yet) that she’s begun to like him “more than a friend” recently now that they’re 2nd-years. 

To be perfectly honest though, her crush on him is not that obvious either so no one can tell easily really. She still treats him the way she’s always treated him (and her other friends... and everyone else). 

Leviotan is perhaps the only one that notices the slightest changes in Vivi’s feelings towards Azul, and he’s not all that happy about this ahaha~. Floyd and Jade have some inkling of a suspicion, but aren’t entirely sure, though they do keep it at the back of their minds.

in the Yokai AU, Raetel gets adopted into Shir's family after Hokusai willingly gave him to the Onis to be raised as an Oni after sometime raising him from childhood.

He and Lala get into petty sibling spats from time to time, and both even get royally pissed if any one mistakes them for twins (due to being Onis and having black-and-white hair) Cirnu meanwhile, in this AU, was the one who raised both Shir and Lala after they were orphaned as children.

Tho ngl, I will admit, I do kind of (crack)ship them to some extent-- mainly because of their ongoing dynamic.

Floyd is one of the very few people that Lala intentionally seeks to avoid or if unable to do so, then will initiate a confrontation and claw at him, meanwhile Floyd just LOVES to pull on Lala's tail and sanity for the fun of it and because he thinks her reactions are cute and he wants to see more of them.

Their relationship is more or less one-sided and kind of on a thin line because of Lala's antagonism towards Floyd.

But that wont stop me from crack-shipping them for the funsies lololol

Umm what type of yandere would lala and Berebis be👀

Lala is DEFINITELY a Possessive type. She's very much repulsed by the thought of sharing her Darling with literally anyone else, especially so if it's her own older brother that's a "potential rival". Lala just doesn't wanna lose her Darling to anyone else because she cherishes them so much, more so than anything else in the entire world, but because of her own "upbringing" and background, she also sees her Darling as nothing but "a cute pet that she owns and belongs to her and her alone".

Normally she's pretty tame and cheery, if sometimes just a tad bit forceful when it comes to being affectionate to her Darling and expects that same amount of affection to be returned to her. Honestly, Lala's pretty affection-starved and is just desperate to be loved, so it feeds into her insecurity at thinking of herself as a "monster" which in turn makes her more possessive of her Darling because she doesn't want to lose the one thing she has all to herself. As a result, Lala ends up becoming fiercely violent whenever a "prey" even dares to try and steal her Darling away... and is even perfectly willing to kill for her Darling should anyone try to take them from her.

Berebis, meanwhile, is an Overprotective type. Though, the thing is, Bel at first won't approach this type due to his own issues and the fact that he's still on the fence of how he wants to go about with his Darling-- sure he's already accepted that he loves them and he's show mild cases of paranoia and already distrusts others when it comes to being with his Darling, but it's not until they get injured or harmed by someone that he becomes a yandere. Once his Darling is harmed, then it's farewell to their freedom. Bel won't take any kind of risks and chooses to lock his Darling up in one of the (private) mansions that the L'Ephegor family owns on their lands.

He understands that what he is doing isn't morally right, but in his mind this is the only way he can "protect" them from the filth of the outside world. He doesn't want his Darling to be broken by others, so what better way to protect the princess/prince than to forever trap them in a beautiful castle? Bel also knows full well that his Darling might end up hating him for what he's done, but he simply doesn't care at this point. All that matters to him is that they're "safe", "no one can harm them ever again". He doesn't demand their love, but rather it's because he loves them so much that he doesn't want to "lose them".

12. Family heritage?

Berebis R. L’Ephegor is the son of the current Duke L’Ephegor and his wife, and thus is the future heir of the dukedom. 

The L'Ephegor family has history spanning for more than centuries and had been a noble household ever since the very beginning.

Funnily enough, many generations ago, one of Cirnu’s past lives was reincarnated into the L’Ephegor family; her life back then was “Cereus L’Ephegor”. Thus making both Berebis and Cirnu related in a sense, but as of the current time, not really, since her current life is different from her past lfe. 

There were actually plans to engage both him and Fuyume, but talks never went through. (Nor did either Bel’s mother and Fuyu’s mom actually ever agree to it.)

Lala-Phula Tigris is the one and only younger sibling to the current Chieftain of the Tigris Clan, Shir-Kani Tigris, and is the second child of the previous Chieftain of the Tribe and his wife.

The Tigris Clan is a large enough community that it could consider itself a "kingdom" of sorts, but they flat-out refuse to label themselves as such. Still, it doesn't distract from the fact that they have a strong hold on any of the nearby lands and R E F U S E to bow down to almost anyone (it helps that they have the might and capabilities to back their words).

Although she’s fervently stubborn in denouncing her connection to the tribe and wants absolutely NOTHING to do with them. 

14. Who does your oc look like the most on the family?

Honestly, Berebis looks so much like his father-- even down to almost looking like a younger version of him... except for the fact that his hair color is his mother’s. And the fact that he looks almost exactly like a carbon-copy/replica of his (dead) older brother. 

Funnily enough, Lala would look so similar to her mother had it not been for her hair color turning up as white instead of the usual color of orange.

Raetel - A machine or contraption or trinket that churns out endless supply of Madol

Orchis - A way for them to actually genuinely truly return to life (and maybe regain their memories)

Lala - A Prince Charming straight out of a fairy tale

💃- For a talent that they like to keep hidden from others

Cinis - Honestly, I don't think Cinis has any talents that she'd be embarrassed of enough to hide or something. Though the closest thing I guess is her talent in model making using either wood or clay... she almost consistently ends up making either a bird, a bear, a butterfly, and/or a fox.

Lala - I wouldn't exactly call it a talent, because she really has practically ZERO talent in cooking literally anything that doesn't require food being fried. She never... really... needed to actually learn that stuff because she was being taken care of and catered to by her gang (mainly due to the influx of money she brings them along constantly).

🙃- For a lighter, slightly embarrassing secret

Cinis - She often converses with other birds, and I don't mind just a few words or phrases-- I mean she can literally hold an entire conversation with them. Oh and she often has the habit of talking to plants as if they can speak and stuff. (A habit she kind of picked up to be honest lol)

Lala - Despite her fervent denial and own attitude stating otherwise, she still somewhat believes in a "happily ever after" and hopes that maybe, just maybe, she can also find a "special someone" that won't leave her.

Lala - [REDACTED DUE TO MUN BEING PUMMELED TO NEAR DEATH]

Berebis - Hmm... honestly, due to his own personality, beliefs, and attitude, he pretty much considers the idea of liking someone to be completely stupid and tries to rationalize and logic away any semblance of a crush that might pop up in his feelings, which usually works. He honestly buries his own feelings deep into his psyche and pretends REALLY HARD like they don’t exist, so he can quite confidently say that he has no crushes on anyone whatsoever.  (or at least he thinks so)

🍏- For something they secretly wish didn’t exist

Lala - Her own condition. (beneath her prideful and confident/self-assured exterior, she hates the fact that she’s stuck in a slow-aging body and is considered an outlier from her people, besides the fact she ran away at a young age, due to the stigma her condition brought to her and previous Tigris clan members that had it in the past.)

Berebis - Himself. (and no, it’s not a joke. he genuinely hates himself that much.)

1. Reaction to Deuce and Ace getting their heads stuck in the school fence?

Berebis -- Stares at them like they just grew two heads before sighing and just,,, walking away. Saying that it’s their decisions that led up to this turn of events and that he isn’t responsible for whatever may happen/happened to them. 

Lala -- Laughs at them and calls them idiots for getting stuck; even rubs it in their faces for a little while longer before (condescendingly/playfully) offering to help them out of their pickle. 

2. Would your oc ever skip a class, who's class is it and why?

Berebis -- He’s dipped out on PE class on occasion, personally because he thinks it’s a pain in the ass and too tiring. (He won't ever skip out on Potions class though, that's for sure.)

Lala -- Despite her somewhat lazy demeanor on occasion, she’s actually never skipped a single class ever. And while she HAS though of skipping class, her pride won’t let her and thus she remains in the classroom. 

10. What's their favorite uniform (school uniform/dorm uniform/Fandorm uniform)

Berebis -- He holds no favorite uniforms. Like. At all. He doesn’t like Diasomnia’s dorm uniform all too much, because it’s a bit too flashy (in his own words), but it’s at least a bit better than the Pomefiore dorm’s uniform. 

Lala -- Oh she DEFINITELY thinks that the Piraticus dorm’s (@piraticusdorm) uniform is so fricking cool! Though it still doesn’t beat the “comfortability” of the Savanaclaw’s dorm uniform~. 

Lala’s also expressed some interest in the Scarabia dorm uniform, though mostly because of the baggy pants ehe.
