Grilled chicken salad from a local restaurant. 🥗 😋 Easy!

Sometimes I think I want something junky, but I order low carb anyway ... and am totally satisfied and much happier about it.

I always tell myself, "if I still want XYZ tomorrow I'll get it then" - but by then, I don't. 😉
