Genya’s crow, Jakkaru, headcanons:

-she has an attitude and isn’t afraid to call Genya names

-she can be found somewhere on Genya at all times, a shoulder, in his arms, and on his head.

-her favorite spot is Genya’s shoulder cause he’ll pet her as he walks. She will sit on his shoulder too.

-after a mission, if he’s really hurt she tell him to go to a wisteria house and guide him from his shoulder.

-she will stay close to him throughout his stay at the wisteria house. Including sleeping next to or on his pillow with him

-Genya has cried into her on a few occasions

-he’ll ramble to her and ask her questions. If she gives him advice or her opinion he will carefully consider it.

-they poke fun at others or guess what they are talking about

-she has helped Genya through a panic attack before

-she is very intelligent and Genya is highly aware of this.

-he loves her and is gets a confidence boost when she’s with him

-loves sunflower seeds and his blade bc it reflects the light nicely and is very clean

-Genya has never broken a Katana (until the manga event)

-when Genya is sick, she has figured out how to replace the cold cloth on his forehead and squeeze out the water
