I’ve been reading a lot this one really good Matt centric fic made by the peeps over at @this-iswhywefight and since there’s only a small amount of character description I though it’d be fun to try drawing some of them!

Whoa is it 2017 or something??
I got invited to the bay back in May and got the back of my legs burnt bad style (reading on the stomach for hours even with sunscreen will do that to a pale bitch), which reminded me of when I got burnt the same way at the beach years ago. Back then was when I first read come hell from @this-iswhywefight so I got nostalgic and reread it all. Aaaand then rewatched all of Voltron in order to watch the last 5 episodes I’d never watched.
So here I am.

I really did love this series
and it really holds up as something special
as for the show itself the first few seasons I was like ‘oh’
‘this is for children’
‘highschool me was fine with that but it’s not really for me anymore’
but then I I hit later seasons I hadn’t rewatched a bunch and it was pretty engaging actually
I think being a part of fandom back then
ruined my ability to enjoy it at face value
