I'm in my self indulgent art ear. Here is a MHA x The Umbrella Academy AU I never finished. Izuku is n°7 obviously, the poor quirkless sibling. They're all fucked up freaks with PTSD and bad coping mechanisms that love/hate each other your Honor.

PS: Michikage is human!Dark Shadow, she's Fumikage's twin sister.

Maybe I will continu it one day, but for now here some info dump I had about them:

-N°1, Icehot, "Shoto" ; quirk: temperature manipulation ; after a mission's accident he was save from a certain death by making him a cyborg, technically still working for the Shigaraki Company even if he's no longer in the Academy, studies the wild life of Antarctica

-N°2, Mindfreak, "Hitoshi" ; quirk: brainwashing via a vocal activation, often use the sentence "I heard saying" as a crutch to help him focusing his power ; was one of the first to leave the Academy, become a policeman to continue helping people, deliberately turns a blind eye to his sister's illegal activities

-N°3, Phantom Thief, "Neito" ; quirk: coping other quirks, later learn how to completely "download" someone's quirk ; was believed dead for 10 years after he disappeared during a mission, accidentally downloaded a space and time teleportation's quirk and got stuck into an apocalyptic future for 40 years, worked as a timetraveler hitman for the Commission for 17 years afterwards, learn to control the teleportation's quirk to go back to his family and save the world but messed up and his body return to 13 years old though his mind is still the one of an old man

-N°4, Earphone Jack, "Kyouka" ; quirk: soundwaves' manipulation ; one of the last to leave the Academy, tried to be a policewoman with Hitoshi for a while but got fired because she used her powers to hurt the guilties, became a vigilant with the occasional help of her brother or her ex-partner at the police station, Ochaco Uraraka

-N°5, Dark Shadow, "Michikage" ; quirk: transformation into a demonic shadow creature, she struggles to control herself in this form and often referred to it as an other person ; regarded dead after she was unable to return to her human form at the end of a mission and melted into shadows, still part conscious even if unable to get back to her true form, can sometimes manifest to her twin brother

-N°6, Tsukuyomi, "Fumikage" ; quirk: can create and control shadow monsters and do some short distances teleportation via the shadows, persists in referring to the shadows as another dimension and the shadow monsters as individual entities hard to control ; the first one to leave the Academy, developed a fear of his own powers and of the shadow dimension after the loss of his twin, sleep through day and live at night to avoid "falling into the shadows", caffeine and energy to drinks' addiction, sometimes can catch a grasp of Michikage but thinks he's hallucinating due to his sleep deprivation

-N°7, [classified], "Izuku" ; quirk: [classified], none ; used to train like his siblings with Father at a young age, stopped at 5 years old and was declared quirkless, can't remember what happened during these trainings, feeling outcasted by his family though was the last to leave the Academy after seeing what happened to Shoto, became a mathematics professor at university, got non officially disowned after writing and publishing the book My not so Heroic Academia

And oh yeah Regibitch is Musan Shigaraki (All for one), their mom is a robot version of Inko Midoriya and they have a multi-task butler who never show his face, his name is Kurogiri.

Nothing She Could’ve Done

His day started off normally.

Izuku waking up and looking over online if there were any updates in the hero world, then at the same time, feel slightly pained, thinking if he even can be one of them. After having breakfast of what his mother made he got ready for school.

He smiled as he saw the number beside his mother’s head, knowing that she’ll still be there with him for more years to come.

A little over 40 years more.

How does he know you ask? Well, its a given. Other than the quirk thing happening all over the world, everyone can see how long before... they die. Except themselves though.

It’s a bit horrifying actually, knowing that death is inevitable.

But other than that, like he said, everything was going normally. Except a few things. For some reason his mother has been emotional since last night, Izuku thought it was because she was watching some kind of drama on TV but seeing her with her eyes puffy and red -most likely from crying all night- this morning.

Something definitely happened.

But Izuku don’t know what that is.

Izuku asked, but he got a quiet sad smile from her before she continued to prepare breakfast.

Since his mother didn’t seem like she wants to share whatever it was, Izuku didn’t push her while he continued to do his routine.

Izuku slipped on his signature red sneakers by the doorway and pulling his yellow backpack on as well, the greenette turned around to look at his mother standing right behind him.

“Well, then. I’m off to school now.” He declared even though he didn’t want to go. But he has to.

Inko smiled sadly, tearing up all over again, for whatever reason.

“Come on, mom, what’s wrong? You’ve been sad ever since yesterday.” Izuku asked worriedly as Inko walked closer and grabbed hold of her son’s face.

She smiled, trying to reassure him by which she failed.

It made him worry even more.

Inko looked him in the eye, tears threatening to fall, caressing his freckled cheek tenderly with her thumb, remembering the time when the boy was just born in her arms.

A part of her didn’t want him to go, to keep him safe in the safety of their own home.

But, alas, she can’t...

“Keep safe out there, okay? Izu?” She said with a sad smile, trying hard to not to cry in front of him right now.

“Of course I will mom!” He said,although he can’t promise he’ll come home unharmed since his classmates are... bullies. But he’ll try his best to go home safely.

Inko smiled, her touch lingering before she had to pull back her hand and let him head to the door.

“I love you Izuku.” Inko said like the thousands of times she’s told her that ever since he was born as Izuku pulled open the door.

Izuku looked back to look his mother in the eye, still he wonders what was wrong, why does she looks pained, looks so broken. But he knows he won’t get the answer.to it.

“Love you too!” He said with a bright smile, hoping it was enough for her to not worry or be sad, before he went out the door.

The door closed exactly at the time Inko collapsed into tears, sobbing, mourning. The dam broken, letting it all loose.

There wasn’t anything she could do.

Later that day, while still in tears she received a call.

Izuku Midoriya died from a villain attack. He was killed as he was going home from school, attacked by a sludge villain as it was trying to take over his body, drowning Izuku in the process. All Might came and was able to detain the villain but was too late to save the young man.

Death is inevitable...

Summary: Midoriya felt like he was in a nightmare.

Scratch that he knew he was in a nightmare. Any other horrors that he had to deal with in or out conscious he has always had some level of control; he could always do something

All of his power was robbed of him here

Welp. My first fanfiction. My friend has been begging me to get in on writing so I gave it a shot and I have to say I enjoyed writing it and I liked how it turned out.

I should of known the first fic I wrote would be for MHA and it'd be Midoriya x reader centric

Summary:

Izuku never gets One For All, and never goes to UA. Away from Bakugou, he finds that most people don’t care about his Quirklessness as much, and actually makes friends in his class.

This, however, gives rise to a new problem - namely lots of confessions to the sweet and smart boy. In his attempts to make them stop, he lies that he’s dating UA star Todoroki Shouto, certain the lie will never come to light.

Sucks that Shouto stops a villain attack on his school while interning with Endeavor. Trying to keep up the lie Izuku takes Shouto aside and asks him to play along for his classmates.

Hey hi hello! For MHA, can I get some Midoriya Izuku headcanons? If those aren't your style, maybe some for a lesser-known character (i.e. Danjuro Tobita/Gentle Criminal)?

Accidentally got like, four headcanons mashed into one lol

Deku seems like he gets all his clothes from thrift stores cuz he believes in second chances for everything. He goes there at least once a week, and he's so nice and talkative with the thrift store employees that they all know him by name, and Deku always makes sure to give the employees little cards around different holidays.

Whoever you ship him with, Deku takes them to the thrift store often for little shopping dates :)

Since his mother is/used to be a seamstress, Deku also knows how to customize clothes. His favourite thing he learned how to do is iron text onto shirts. He gets some plain shirts from the thrift store and goes to iron on text, but since he's not the most creative, he just ends up putting things like "Shirt", "Sleep shirt", and "Gym shirt" on them, but it's okay cuz he loves doing it :)

*SPOILERS FOR SEASON 6 OF BNHA*

So I thought, in one of the last episodes, in the scene where Uraraka defended Midoriya so people at UA shelter won't throw him out and will accept him. What would happen, if Inko ran out of the crowd to Izuku?

Just imagine: rain, Izuku arrives at UA after all the scene with "I'm sorry Izuku" & the class capturing him, and people shout at him for making UA not a safe place. And then, when Uraraka is ready to jump to the roof.... "THATS MY SON"

Inko runs from the crowd towards all worn out Izuku, hugs him tight with her head on his chest and cries "IZUKU, MT BABY... WHAT HAPPEND TO YOU ? WHY WASNT I THERE TO PROTECT YOU? My poor baby boy..."

She sobs while Izuku just hugs her and breaks into tears himself. Bakugou comes along and pats on her back to try to calm her. I see two outcomes:

1. All the other parents ran to their kids. Mitsuki to Bakugou, Uraraka's parents to her, all the other parents or friends of the heroes and students just make it a hugging and crying mess. And then 2.

Or

2. People understand that this boy, even though he is covered in dirt and blood , looks like a villain, has multiple quirks and is being chased by AFO, is still a normal boy. He has friends, a mother, a life that was stolen from him just like from them and he is trying his best to get it back. He just... Isn't as lucky. Instead of hiding in the shelter with everyone, he tried to save them and risk his life and the happiness of his mother.

Just... Wow

Omg. Au where Inko is a pop diva before she retire with Hisashi.

When he finally agrees to go to Inko's concert. The spotlight is on him.

"This song is in dedication to my most cherished love."

She ended up proposing to him on stage right after singing "Hero" from Bomberman!

The crime lord is simultaneously embarrassed, and falls even harder in love. <3

Midoriya Hisashi goes to their apartment first when he comes back and Inko slams the door on his face.

He then goes to UA. Everyone, except maybe Izuku and Bakugo is like ... Who is this man? Where did he come from? Why is looking for Midoriya? Omg is he a villain?

"no, I'm Hisashi Midoriya"

"????"

"Izuku Midoriya's father?"

Nezu has to eject him from the building so the teacher's don't challange him to a fight to the death for dadhood.

*phone rings*

Inko : hello?

Receptionist: hello ma'am I'm from Mustafusu general hospital and...

Inko: How many bones was it this time?

Re: What?

Inko : My son, how many bones did he break this time?

Re: No! Actually your husband has been caught in an accident and

Inko: keep him.

Inko : you can keep him.

Izuku Midoriya being a chaotic genius and Inko whole heatedly supporting her boy in his questionable hobbies is my jam.

"what are you planning on doing this afternoon sweetie?"

"I'm gonna look into some hero's files, he was hiding it so I may have to hack some stuff"

"alright! Have fun, ask mommy for help if you need anything ok?"

Imagine being Inko Midoriya, raising your son alone for so long, and not really expecting and paternal help (except maybe child support) and then suddenly Everyone? Wants? To? Raise? Your? Son? How does a poor woman deal with that. Ignoring the ships, they at least have to be good friends with her to raise Izuku. She must get a lot of support all of a sudden she probably wouldn't know what to do with.

Inko Midoriya has a serious case of BBD.
