oh welp at least its not too detrimental to the series to have a lower chance of getting another dmc game the story is kinda wrapped up by now nero's whole arc is finished pretty much he's got his full DT and his family back Vergil's is definitely finished Dante's maybe could have a bit more squeezed out of it if they made his SDT go Terribly Wrong somehow but otherwise theres not much else to do with him all gameplay/game story wise anyways i can think of several differing scenarios for a post-dmc 5 situation but nothing amounting to a full game's worth of material of course there could always be a new director that steps up too if thats the case we just have to hope they dont butcher the series or water it down at all or end up with a dmc 2 situation where they tried to do too much with not enough welp farewell Istuno thank you for this amazing series that has rotted my brain entirely <3 devil may cry 5 dmc 5 <- adding to this another mainline game at least remakes are a different thing really while it would be amazing to get a remake of the trilogy or even 4 it wont be the end of everything if we never do at least theres the remaster
