She is a major red flag for a friend, I don't recall that we should laugh at our best friends while they get SA'd infront of the school, nor stuff.
And like @ravenclawloverofseverussnape said, James literally flexed his riches to Petunia, how the hell is Petunia supposed to react? And other stuff she did.
Petunia is rotten for me because I don't think Lily would treat Dudley the same way she treats Harry, but you can't just say that she isn't a red flag, because she is.
