Also searching “chinchilla dust bath” is definitely worthwhile. 10/10 do recommend.

I still love that song. It's one of the earlier MCR songs I heard and still one of my favorites.
but yes I highly recommend looking up videos of chinchillas taking dust baths. It's good for the soul
so much soft fluffiness
although I probably couldn't actually have a chinchilla because even just watching the videos I can feel the dust irking my asthma
but I got to touch a chinchilla once. It was even softer than a bunny

I do miss them sometimes
but cats are still my favorites
