Introductory.
No one asked for this, but I’m going to do one anyways!
Here’s some things to know about me (if you care):
1: I’m a mess
2: I am a messy organized-unorganized person
3: I’m hopelessly lost in life, which probably explains some of the things I post on here.
4: I’m not a poet by trade, but a poet by heart (which is just a fancy way of saying I don’t really know what I’m doing).
5: I’m coffee obsessed.
6: I’m also tea obsessed. (They balance each other out).
7: I’m a dreamer.
8: I’m optimistic
9: I’m a lover…and a fighter when I need to be.
10: I’ve overdosed on the idea of true love and soul mates for life.
11: I’m slowly withering away…but than again who isn’t.
12: I love rocks.
13: I love night time…it’s quiet.
14: I prefer sunsets.
15: I’m sad…but only sometimes.
16: I love the fresh air on a cool autumn night.
17: I like and reblog my own stuff on my other account @stay---groovy just so I can feel like someone actually cares and enjoys what I post.
18: I use this blog to post my “junk” poetry—— stuff I don’t feel is “worthy” because you know, I’m clearly insecure.
19: I have crippling anxiety.
20: I need sleep.
21: I like telling people to “stay groovy” instead of saying goodbye (this was also my senior yearbook quote in high school.)
22: I feel like I’m stuck in a vortex of broken hearts and loneliness.
23: I like cats. 24: I'm slowly drifting off into a slumber as I’m writing this.
