Gramatically ‘A’ I try to use ‘The’ instead when I can this is like the dabate between ‘an hour’ and ‘a hour’ it’s ‘an hour’ if you’re wondering because the h is silent so I suppose ‘An’ works because we pronounce the S in SCP as Ess which makes it sound like the vowel e however I’d rather see ‘A SCP’ written instead of ‘An SCP’ just seems more professional that way scp foundation scp fandom
