Fingon was a highly accomplished painter in Valinor and his works were so realistic people often tried to walk into his landscapes and talk to his portraits. His work could be seen all over Valinor as he was often asked to decorate public spaces, people’s homes, and the palaces of kings. This became a problem after Alqualonde when Finarfin decreed his work was not to be destroyed and later found out there was a naked Maedhros in every single one.
